That appears to be the case. The wording and setup is so confusing. There's no point in purchasing the Energy if you don't have friends to play with (for one of the quests) since you have to wait for the daily logins. Tencent should have specified better on that.
Disregard. It seems the orbs are not for completing mural percentage, but to "activate" them upon the missions completion. Bizarre.
I am not sure how to use these energy orbs we obtain by logging in. On the Switch, it has an "X" located next to it. But when I press it, it simply says "You have reached the mural energy limit". I am not wanting to obtain more, but to simply use any of the energy I have already obtained.
You have to do missions to unlock the mural pieces, then you can insert the gem in
i'm so confuseddd... i had gems left over so i bought 5 fragments so what now? it only let me complete one part of the mural. am i still supposed to wait 5 more days? when i tap the others it tells me i have to complete the missions. did i just waste some gems....
