Prevents the Pokemon from being thrown or shoved once. This ability goes on cooldown after it's triggered.
Since Flash Cannon immobilizes Duraludon, Heavy Metal can save it from getting debuffed. Make sure to keep track of your cooldown for Heavy Metal, since it has quite a long cooldown. This can leave you exposed to attacks that can lock you down.
