Shadow Ball is a Move learned by Hoopa in Pokemon UNITE. Learn the effects of Shadow Ball, as well as its damage at each level, cooldown time, level to learn and upgrade, status effects it inflicts, and all Pokemon builds using Shadow Ball.

Shadow Ball Effect
Has the user unleash a shadowy blob in front of itself, dealing damage to opposing Pokemon it hits and decreasing their movement speed Sp. Def for a short time. If the user then hits the same opposing Pokemon with a move or boosted attack within a set amount of time, it deals additional damage to the opposing Pokemon and leaves them unable to act for a short time. When using this move, if there is a nearby ally Pokemon linked by Trick, this move will also unleash a shadowy blob at the same target from that ally's location.
How to Use Shadow Ball
Hit Shadow Ball Twice During Trick
Hitting enemies with Shadow Ball twice stuns them. This can be easily done by casting Shadow Ball while you're linked to an ally using Trick.
Hit Inflicted Targets with Boosted Attacks
In the event that only a single Shadow Ball hits a target, you can still stun them with your boosted attacks. This is useful when you're not linked to an ally with Trick.
Set Up Fights for Your Team
The movement speed and Sp. Def reduction from Shadow Ball is a great way to set up fights for your allies, making it easier for them to use their moves on inflicted targets.
