Has the user drop several Berries, which can be eaten to recover HP. Any HP recovered that exceeds the user's max HP will be converted to a shield effect. If the user catches sight of a Berry while using this move, its movement speed is increased for a short time.
Keep using Stuff Cheeks whenever it's available, whether you're using it to recover HP, max out your berries, or move faster. Even if you have full HP, you still benefit from using Stuff Cheeks since berries grant shields instead of HP.
You can provide decent healing for your allies using Stuff Cheeks since they can pick up berries and recover HP. However, be careful of where you cast Stuff Cheeks since enemies can also pick up berries and recover HP.
Utilize Stuff Cheek's movement speed increase to escape enemies or chase them. You can also use it to quickly reposition to use Belch or Bullet Seed.
