When the Pokemon is not in combat, its movement speed is increased
Levitate takes about 7 seconds to take effect after going out of combat.
Use this to quickly get into different lanes whichever one needs an assist. Adding Exp. Share will be a nice combo to this thanks to the added Movement Speed as well as a nifty item for Gengar thanks to the bonus Exp.
