Rest is a Move learned by Snorlax in Pokemon UNITE. Learn the effects of Rest, as well as its damage at each level, cooldown time, level to learn and upgrade, status effects it inflicts, and all Pokemon builds using Rest.

SnorlaxRest Effect
Has the user fall asleep on the spot and restores its HP. Blocks the movement of all Pokemon not on the user's team while this move is in effect.
How to Use Rest
Use in Goal Zone or Grass
Use Rest inside your goal zone to get extra healing and proctection. If you're far from the goal zone, go inside grass instead for a safer spot to heal. Using Rest in grass is effective for quickly getting back to a fight.
Block Pathways
You can use Rest to block pathways and become a nuisance for your enemies. The best spot to cast Rest is in tight spaces like the entrances to the center of the map, particularly inside grass. This prevents enemies from passing through the patch of grass where you use Rest. Enemies also won't have vision of you since they can't enter the grass, forcing them to find another way to enter the grass to gain vision.
