Sooo, i went into practice tool with energy amp, shell bell and focus. My emblems could be better because i don't have gengar or victreebel. 4green, 5black, 4blue, 4purple. only negative stat is -4attack. With swap/confusion point blank and ult mime was doing around 5k. With full glasses and a 6green, 7black build it was doing about 5.9k to 6.1k. Could this damage loss be worth for the extra tankyness and cooldown reductions? Keep in mind cooldown reduction means his passive is up more.
