Has the user move instantly to the designated location, creating a whirlwind of flowers around itself that continually deals damage to opposing Pokemon. While using this move, the user cannot use other attacks, and the move can be canceled if it is used again.
After using Floral Flourish, the Pokemon gains the following buff(s) for a few seconds:
Meowscarada | Shield granted. Movement speed increased for a short time. |

It's best to use Floral Flourish when opponents are close together since the move has a large AoE and deals incredibly high damage.
Since using Floral Flourish forces Meowscarada to move in a fixed path, having either Eject Button or Shedinja Doll allows Meowscarada to have some control over its movement.
When using Eject Button, Meowscarada can change its walking direction during Floral Flourish. This is good for choosing specific targets to focus on.
On the other hand, Shedinja Doll allows Meowscarada to stay in one spot and avoid all damage. This is great for when there are ally Pokemon that can stun opponents in place or slow them.

Meowscarada can stop Floral Flourish immediately by using the move again. It's best to cancel the move when opponents are too far away from the move's area, allowing Meowscarada to do other things instead.
