Trainers who have not logged in for 14 days will have this icon. The icon can be seen for these Trainers in the UNITE Battle Lobby!
They will also usually be undertaking the Returning Player Event so it's easy to spot!

It is best to clear the participation missions by playing Quick Battles! They end faster than Standard Battles but still count toward clearing the event.
