Utilize Earthquake's pull effect to control enemy movement, especially during teamfights. Make sure to combo it with either Icicle Crash or Ice Fang.

Surprise Enemies

Pokemon UNITE - Mamoswine Using Earthquake on Eldegoss and Venusaur

You can surprise enemies by hiding inside grass, then using Earthquake. Remember that you can leap over obstructions like walls using Earthquake, so make sure to utilize that.
