Pound's slow effect only lasts for 1 second.

How to Use Pound

Early Farming

Pokemon UNITE - Blissey Early Game Farming with Pound
Pound is Blissey's main way to deal damage in the early game. Use it to farm Wild Pokemon quickly to gain EXP and level up!

Slow Down Opponents

Pokemon UNITE - Blissey Slowing Down Blastoise with Pound

When opponents overextend their position in the early game, hitting them with a Pound slows their movement speed for a short time. This can open them up for a follow-up attack from your allies and potentially knock them down when they start retreating.
