Has the user go to sleep and begin snoring, dealing damage over time to opposing Pokemon in the area of effect and throwing them. While sleeping, the user becomes immune to hindrances and its HP is continually restored.
After using Power Nap, the Pokemon gains the following buff(s) for a few seconds:
Snorlax | Shield granted. Movement Speed increased for a short time. |

As much as possible, only use Power Nap when you have low HP, particularly below 50%. This can be useful in certain situations where enemies are chasing you while your team is trying to get to you. Using Power Nap buys enough time for your allies to reach your position and possibly make a counter play.
Buddy Barrier works great in this scenario, granting you a shield while you heal up fast.
When you're not using Power Nap for surivival, you can use it to create a separation between your team and the enemy team, especially during teamfights. This forces enemies to either go through you or attack you and get damaged. Remember to activate Power Nap again to roll over in a specified direction, dealing additional damage. You can also do this to defend your goal zones, making it hard for the enemy team to score points.
The best way to set this up is to cast Heavy Slam in the middle of the enemy team, then follow up with Power Nap.
