Blizzard Effect

Has the user summon a howling blizzard centered on itself, applying a freeze counter and dealing damage to opposing Pokémon. If an opposing Pokémon's freeze counter reaches 5, that Pokémon becomes frozen.

How to Use Blizzard

Apply Freeze Counters

Use Blizzard to apply freeze counters on targets. If the freeze counter reaches its limit, the target will be frozen.

Catch Multiple Opponents

Blizzard has a large area of effect that is centered around Articuno. Try to catch as many opponents as possible within the move's area to maximize its effect and damage.

You can use Eject Button or X Speed to quickly get into position or stay on top of targets while Blizzard is active.
