Has the user unleash psychic power in the designated direction, dealing damage and applying a slowing effect to opposing Pokémon it hits. If the user hits an opposing Pokémon with this move, the move can be used again to unleash psychic power at a designated opposing Pokémon, dealing damage to it. If the second Pokémon hit by this move is different from the first, the two Pokemon are pulled toward each other and are left unable to act if they collide. If the same as the first, it is left unable to act.
If the second Pokémon hit by this move is different from the first, the two Pokemon are pulled toward each other and are stunned if they collide. As much as possible, try to hit two different targets with the move to maximize its effect, especially during teamfights.
If hitting two different targets isn't an option for you, hitting the same target just to stun it is also a strategic way to use Telekinesis. This is useful in situations where your dealing with a key target, and you want to focus on knocking them out quickly.
| 1.19.2.11 | Damage increased by 30%. Cooldown reduced from 8s to 7.5s. Stun duration fixed to 1s. First-stage proectile speed increased. Second-stage range increased from 7.5m to 9m. Second-stage can now be used even if the first stage misses. |
