Creates a link between the user and the Pokemon this move hits. While the link holds, the user's movement speed increases and its HP is continually restored. If the linked Pokemon is an ally Pokemon, this move increases the movement speed of that Pokemon, increases the amount of damage it deals, and continually restores its HP. If the linked Pokemon is an opposing Pokemon, this move decreases that Pokemon's movement speed, decreases the amount of damage it deals, and deals damage over time to it. If the user and the linked Pokemon are too far apart, the link will disappear.
Aside from dealing continuous damage, Power Swap also decreases the enemy Pokemon's attack damage and movement speed. It is best to use the move on enemy All-Rounders so that they will be less effective in combat. Combining that with the continuous HP recovery you get while tethered allows Mr. Mime to get aggressive with its moves.
Mr. Mime will not be able to use any of its moves when Showtime! is in effect. To get the highest damage possible, link to an opponent first, then jump towards its position with Showtime! so both moves are online at the same time. This ensures that you are still tethered to a target and dealing continuous damage while maximizing the stuns Mr. Mime deals with its Unite Move.
Showtime!: Mr. Mime Move Effect and Cooldown
You can use Power Swap to support allies, increasing their movement speed for a duration. It also provides constant healing while Mr. Mime is tethered to an ally, making it a great healing move that can increase each Pokemon's durability. Utilize this healing effect to survive longer in fights or stand your ground in a 1v1 duel. You can also use the move on Wild Pokemon or nearby allies to heal up when needed.
When your team managed to capture Regieleki, you can use Power Swap on it and it will have the same effects as if you use the move on an ally. Aside from the constant healing, Regieleki will greatly benefit from the increased movement speed so it can traverse the lane and get to enemy goal zones faster.
