How to Get Rusted Sword
Automatically Equipped to Zacian
Rusted Sword is a special held item that is specifically made for Zacian in Pokemon UNITE. It will always take one (1) slot from Zacian's three Held Item slots, limiting Zacian's builds to two Held items only.
Can Only Be Used with Zacian
On that note, Rusted Sword can't be used on other Pokemon. It is exclusively equipped for Zacian alone.
Does Not Provide Any Stat Increase
Rusted Sword does not provide any kind of stat increase. You can think of it like UNITE's way of limiting Zacian's held items to just two slots. It is also at Level 30 by default, so players don't need to upgrade this item.
Pokemon That Uses Rusted Sword
Only one Pokemon uses Rusted Sword, and that is the Legendary Pokemon Zacian.

I found a bug of Rusted Sword in Offline mode of Pokemon Unite. After I play a battle with Zacian and switch to another Pokemon, that Pokemon retains Rusted Sword but it is removable from that Pokemon. The inverse is also true, leading to a bug where Zacian finally gets rid of Rusted Sword. Also, a many many thanks to game8 team. I am one of the first players of Pokemon Unite and I have followed your website for more than one year and I have been benefited a lot. Thank you game8.
