Has the user leap at the designated opposing Pokemon, dealing damage to it and decreasing its movement speed. After that, the user leaps up and lands with force, dealing damage to opposing Pokemon in the area of effect. Those opposing Pokemon take more damage the closer they are to the center of the area of effect.

After using Emerald Two-Step, the Pokemon gains the following buff(s) for a few seconds:

Leafeon ImageLeafeon Shield granted. Movement speed increased for a short time.

How to Use Emerald Two-Step

Use on Grouped Opponents

Use Emerald Two-Step on a target that is close to its allies to maximize its effectiveness. Doing so deals increased damage to all opponents within the area of effect when Leafeon lands.

Burst Down Targets

Use Emeral Two-Step to initiate on a target or to finish them off. The move's high damage output is great for depleting an opponent's HP quickly or for securing a knockout.

Emerald Two-Step Patch History

1.12.1.4 Damage is reduced by 10%. Energy needed has increased by about 13%.
