Whirlpool Effect

Has the user create a whirlpool centered on itself that lasts for a short time, dealing damage over time to opposing Pokemon in the area of effect. The time between hits is shorter the farther opposing Pokemon are from the whirlpool's center.

How to Use Whirlpool

Pressure Opponents in the Early Game

Use Whirlpool aggressively in the early game to slow down the opponent's progression. The move's area, damage, and low cooldown makes it an effective move for pressuring opponents out of lanes.

Catch Enemies at the Edge

Always try to catch enemies at the edge of Whirlpool to maximize the move's damage output. This is because the time between hits for enemies caught at the edge is shorter, dealing significantly more damage as a result.
