Has the user perform a combo attack in front of itself, dealing damage to opposing Pokémon and decreasing their movement speed for a short time when the attack hits.
Double Slap is straightforward upgrade for Pound that allows you to do more slaps to the target. It slows down opponents as well making this a good setup moves for your other teammates. Wigglytuff can also combo this up with Sing to disable the target or Rollout which can setup repeated uses of this move.
Doulbe Slap has a wide range that can essentially hit anything infront of Wigglytuff. Use it to quickly farm the Vespiquen and Combees spawns in the lanes.

To elaborate further, at level 15 the move deals 438 damage per hit. Five hits will deal 2,190 damage, the same damage as Dazzling Gleam, and six hits will deal 2,638 damage. Finally, although this isn't the correct page, in testing it seems that Sing does not lower enemy defense or special defense when they fall asleep as stated.

Thanks for pointing out Double Slap! We've updated accordingly. Regarding Sing, once the opposing pokemon is asleep we have confirmed the Sp.DEF and DEF down. At level 15 Double Slap deals 370 dmg per slap to wild pokemon, however, after being put to sleep with Sing, Double Slap deals 399 damage for the first few slaps. This was also tested with just basic attacks as well. The duration of the debuff is very short and doesn't cover all of the hits from a full 6 hit Double Slap.
