The Pokemon listed above are those with a rare encounter rate that can appear in 5-Star Hyperspace Wild Zones. Make sure to try catching them to complete your Pokedex.
Additionally, Fossil Pokemon will have a chance to appear at 5-Star Hyperspace Zones. This enables you to catch Fossil Pokemon without needing to revive them at the Research Lab.

Rerolling Special Scans will not be possible as the game automatically saves once you've received a message from Philippe after acquiring the necessary Survey points. During that time, the Hyperspace Zone will already be determined.
The Backup Save Method will also not be possible to use as a way to reroll Special Scans, given that the process makes use of the autosave function.

You will first need to complete Hyperspace Mission 12: The Greatest Gift during the main storyline of the DLC. Once you've completed the mission, you will be able to receive a call from Philippe and start Side Mission 188.
Completing Side Mission 188 will enable you to perform Special Scans with Philippe, enabling you to search for 5-Star Hyperspace Zones.
Mega Dimension DLC Story Walkthrough

Special Scan is a method that can search for 5-Star Hyperspace Zones. Performing a Special Scan will require you to accumulate 25,000 Survey Points, so make sure to collect them first before approaching Philippe.
There can only be a single 5-Star Hyperspace Zone appearing on the map after using a Special Scan. If you try to perform another Special Scan while a 5-Star Hyperspace Zone is present, then the current one will be overwritten by the new one.

Perform Special Scans by going to the Rust Syndicate and interacting with Philippe. Do note that you'll need to accumulate enough Survey Points to perform a Special Scan.
There are 3 types of 5-Star Hyperspace Zones that can appear after performing a Special Scan with Philippe, with the three being Unknown Zone, Wild Zone, and Battle Zone.

Unknown Zones will usually comprise of either Mythical or Legendary Pokemon inside the Hyperspace. Whilst you cannot catch shiny versions of Mythical Pokemon, shiny hunting is possible for Legendary Pokemon appearing in Hyperspace Zones.

Wild Zones will comprise of Pokemon with a rare encounter rate such as Baxcalibur or Rotom. These Hyperspace Zones will usually have rare Pokemon, so make sure to check them out and catch any Pokemon that you need for your team or Pokedex.

Battle Zones will comprise of trainer battles that will sometimes reward you with rare items such as special Pokeballs, so make sure to talk with some of them when their conversation window is yellow to receive your rewards.
