Mable is the acting director of the Pokémon Research Lab. She is looking into the recent surge of Pokémon in Lumiose City. Before her current role, she was a Team Flare scientist in Pokemon XY.

To aid her research, she will ask you to complete your Pokedex by catching and evolving Pokémon. As you do, she will reward you with TMs and other useful items.
