In Pokemon Legends: Z-A, you play a sightseeing trainer who has just arrived to Lumiose City.
In your journey. you will get to know a cast of characters including your friends at Team MZ, the members of Quasartico Inc, and your rival organization, the Rust Syndicate.

 Urbain / Taunie |
Urbain or Taunie will be your friend and ally in Pokemon Legends: Z-A. You will get one of them as your ally depending on the playable character you choose. |
 AZ |
AZ appears as a returning character. He made his debut appearance in Pokemon X and Y. He manages Hotel Z, where you and your friends in Team MZ will stay. |
 Naveen |
Fashion designer Naveen is one of the companions you'll meet as part of Team MZ! His partner Pokemon is Scraggy. |
 Lida |
Lida is an aspiring professional dancer who is another member of Team MZ. Her partner Pokemon is Staryu! |
Quasartico Inc.

Jett is the distinguished CEO of Quasartico Inc. It is the company responsible for the whole urban redevelopment plan for Lumiose City. |
 Vinnie |
Vinnie is Jett's secretary, a man dressed in a sharp suit with an intimidating structure and gruff appearance. He has been described as always being busy, and have led some people to give him a reputation of being a fast worker. |
