How to Unlock Who Says Normal Is Weak?
Unlock Main Missions 11, 12, and 13
To unlock Who Says Normal Is Weak?, you will need to progress Main Mission 10 until you unlock Main Missions 11, 12, and 13. You will have to defeat Vinnie and meet with your friends about the Rogue Mega Pokemon before you can accept this Side Mission.

Who Says Normal Is Weak? is a side mission from Marnole, who can be found in Bleu Sector 7. He can be found at the south portion of Aymlis Park.
Who Says Normal Is Weak? Walkthrough
Defeat Marnole in Battle
After accepting the Side Mission, you may speak to Marnole again to initiate a battle. If your Pokemon are not healthy, you may visit a Pokemon Center before doing this.
Marnole's team consists of Audino, Watchog, and Lopunny.
Use Ghost or Steel-Type Pokemon
Marnole's Audino has coverage moves against Fighting-type Pokemon. It is ideal to use Ghost or Steel-type Pokemon against him for useful immunities or resistances.
Doublade is a good pick, as it has both of these types. It can also learn Brick Break via TM, which is super effective against Normal-types. You can obtain the TM in the Magenta Sector.
Give Your Pokemon HP-Healing Berries
Marnole's Watchog has Super Fang, which can cut your Pokemon's HP in half. This can potentially lead to them getting knocked out quicker, so it may be good to give your Pokemon an Oran or Sitrus Berry to hold.
