How to Unlock A Chilling Challenge
After Returning from Lysandre Labs During Main Mission 35
A Chillinge Challenge is unlocked during Mission 35: Reaching Rank A, right after exploring Lysandre Labs.

You may accept this mission by speaking to Glace who is standing in a small alcove in the northwestern section of Wild Zone 12.
A Chilling Challenge Walkthrough
Defeat Glace in Battle
 Glalie
Level 58 |
 Abomasnow
Level 57 |
 Froslass
Level 59 |
Speak with Grace and she'll request a Pokemon Battle. She'll use Ice Type Pokemon and starts the match with a Lv. 58 Glalie that can use Blizzard, Ice Fang and Icicle Crash, followed by an Abomasnow that can use Leech Seed, and a Froslass that can use Shadow Ball and Blizzard.
Fire-type Pokemon are Recommended
All of Glace's Pokemon are weak to Fire-type Moves and lack any countermeasures against the type. Good Fire-type Pokemon to use against this fight include Charizard, Houndoom, and Pyroar.
All three Pokemon can learn powerful Fire-type Moves such as Flamethrower and Fire Blast, and can also Mega Evolve if you need an extra boost in damage. Defeat all of her Pokemon to complete the side mission.
