There are six wild Pokémon in Wild Zone 17. Klefki and Lampent are available only during the day and at night respectively.
Skarmory Only Appears When Skies are Clear
Skarmory only appears during sunny, clear, or cloudy weather. It will not spawn in the area when it’s raining.

Bunnelby and Chespin Spawn in the Same Dirt Mound

Bunnelby and Chespin share the same spawn location, emerging from the dirt mounds within the area. Bunnelby has a higher chance of appearing than Chespin, but you can easily tell which one will spawn based on what’s poking out of the ground. Green horns indicate a Chespin, while gray ears signify a Bunnelby.

There are only two fixed Alpha Pokemon that spawn in Wild Zone 17. Both of these Pokemon will be present in the area during daytime and nighttime.
After reaching 100% completion on the zone, there will be a 5%-10% chance for Alpha versions of regular Pokemon to appear within the area.

There are two sets of Benches in the Wild Zone that you can use to reset the time and reroll for a Shiny Chespin in the South Bench and a Shiny Skarmory in the North Bench.
Since you can only hunt for a Chespin in this Wild Zone, a Shiny Chespin is rare to find. Furthermore, Skarmory will not appear during rainy weather, so reset the time again using a Bench if it's raining.

A ladder can be found next to the northeast entrance of Wild Zone 17, near where a pack of Pyroar spawn. Climb the ladder to reach the rooftop area, where Klefki appear during the daytime and Lampent can be found at night.

You can find the Flamethrower TM by climbing the ladder located northeast of the Wild Zone, and walking toward the edge of the rooftop.

How to Unlock Wild Zone 17
Complete Main Mission 24
Unlock Wild Zone 16 by completing Main Mission 24 and reaching Rank C after defeating Corbeau. Afterwards, you'll find this Wild Zone east of Vert Street.
