There is a total of 42 Main Missions in Pokemon Legends: Z-A. The last 5 Main Missions are part of the Post-Game and are unlocked by completing the main story that spans 37 Main Missions.

Mission 01 Walkthrough

	Get Your Travel Bag Back Guide
1	After choosing your game's language settings, select your Character's appearance and name. Note: You can't change your character's appearance and name later in the game. ► Best Name for the Protagonist ► Character Customization Guide
2	Once you get control of your character, head north then take a right to exit the train station and enter Lumiose City.
3	A Pancham will swipe your bag once the short cutscene ends with Urbain or Taunie. Follow the three starter Pokemon into an alley until you reach two trainers who will challenge you to a fight.
3	You'll need to pick from the three available starter Pokemon, Chikorita, Totodile, and Tepig, to fight Pancham with. We recommend getting Tepig due to its great dual-typing when it's fully evolved, but you can choose whichever starter you like! ► Best Starter to Choose

Tepig	Ranking: ★★★★★ ・Has a strong dual Fire and Fighting-type when fully evolved. ・Can learn many different TMs due to its wide movepool. ・Great dual offensive stats and respectable bulk offset by low Speed.
Totodile	Ranking: ★★★★☆ ・Its Mega Evolution has the highest attack out of the three starters. ・Water is a great defensive typing which pairs well with its natural defensive bulk. ・Can learn a wide array of powerful attacks, but has a less diverse movepool compared to Tepig.
Chikorita	Ranking: ★★★☆☆ ・Is a more defensive-oriented Pokemon both when fully-evolved and when using Mega Evolution. ・Grass has multiple weaknesses, but boasts key resistances towards Water, Grass, Electric, and Ground-type Moves. ・Has a more limited movepool mostly full of defensive and utility moves.

4	Defeat Andi the Backpacker and Pancham using your chosen starter Pokemon. Hold down the ZL Button to focus on Pancham then press the appropriate buttons to command your starter to perform moves. Attacks have a cooldown, so pay attention to the button map on the lower right of the screen so you can tell if your Pokemon's moves area ready. Note: You can move around the battlefield to reposition your Pokemon so that it can avoid the opposing Pokemon's attacks. Reduce Pancham's HP to 0 to win the fight!
5	Defeat Pancham and you'll retrieve your bag, which completes the mission!

Defeat Andi the Backpacker and Pancham using your chosen starter Pokemon. Hold down the ZL Button to focus on Pancham then press the appropriate buttons to command your starter to perform moves.

Attacks have a cooldown, so pay attention to the button map on the lower right of the screen so you can tell if your Pokemon's moves area ready.

Note: You can move around the battlefield to reposition your Pokemon so that it can avoid the opposing Pokemon's attacks. Reduce Pancham's HP to 0 to win the fight!

Defeat Pancham and you'll retrieve your bag, which completes the mission!

Mission 02 Walkthrough

	Escape from the Battle Zone Guide
1	After the cutscene, the day will turn to night and your rival will explain that you need to escape the Battle Zone to avoid getting challenged by stronger trainers.
2	Follow them through the alleyways to reach the safe spot.
3	Brigitte the Waitress will challenge you to a fight before you make it to the safe spot. She'll first send out a Lv.4 Cleffa and then a Lv.4 Bunnelby against you. Defeat both of her Pokemon to win the fight!
4	After the fight and a short cutscene, continue following your rival to reach the exit. A cutscene will play where a group of trainers will attempt to challenge you, but you're saved by a Floette with a black flower.
5	Follow your rival to the exit and leave the Battle Zone. Exit the area and enter Hotel Z after the short cutscene. Your rival will introduce you to the Hotel's owner, AZ, and will give you Room 202 to use.
6	Take the elevator to the second floor and look for Room 202. Room 202 is located just north of the elevator beside next to some chairs.
7	Interact with the bed and then answer the door to speak to your rival who will take you to the hotel's roof, which completes the mission after a short cutscene!

Mission 03 Walkthrough

	A New Life in Lumiose City Guide
1	Exit your room and head down to the first floor to meet up with your rival who will ask you to join the Z-A Royale. Progress through the dialogue and they will let you join Team MZ and will give you a Team MZ Jacket and a satchel. You'll also officially get enrolled in the Z-A Royale.
2	After the cutscene, you can now perform a dash by pressing the B button. You'll also learn how to dive and roll by pressing the Y button, which is useful for avoiding the attacks of Pokemon during battles.
3	Exit the hotel and speak with your rival to challenge them to a Pokemon battle. Your rival will first send out a Lv. 5 starter that has the type disadvantage against your own starter. Note: Your starter will have already learned a move that is super effective against your rival's first Pokemon, so make sure to use that to quickly defeat them! Your rival will then send out a Lv. 5 starter that has a type advantage against your own starter.
4	After the fight, your rival will recommend catching more Pokemon to increase your chances of winning during a Pokemon battle. Follow your rival who will lead you to the Pokemon Center in front of the Gare de Lumiose. Head left from the blocked road and climb up the ladder to reach the rooftops. Follow your rival and drop down the side of the building to reach the main road.
5	Head to the Pokemon Center and speak to the Nurse who will install the Pokedex app on your Rotom Phone, and you'll then automatically register your starter Pokemon. The Nurse will then recommend you catch and register 5 Pokemon to get a reward from the Pokemon Research Lab. Note: When buying any kind of Poke Ball, it is recommended to buy in units of 10 as the nurse will give you a Premier Ball for each 10 Poke Ball bought in a single purchase. Follow your rival and enter Wild Zone 1 which marked with a green light and gate in the overworld. After getting Poke Balls from your rival, press and hold the ZL button to focus on the Fletchling and press and hold the ZR button to ready your Pokeball. Release the ZR button to throw the Pokeball at the Fletchling and attempt to catch it!
6	Next, you'll need to catch a Bunnelby. It's aggressive, so you need to send out a Pokemon to lower its HP so you can catch it. Cycle through your Pokemon using the ◀ ▶ buttons, then press the ▲ button to send out a Pokemon. Press the ▼ button to call back your Pokemon when the Bunnelby is weakened enough to catch with a Poke Ball. Note: If you bring down a Pokemon's HP to 0, you have a brief window to catch it before it faints and disappears from the field!
7	Your rival will give you 10 Poke Balls after catching the Bunnelby and will teach you the basics of crouching to hide from wild Pokemon. Press the Left Thumbstick to crouch and sneak up behind wild Pokemon. You can also hide behind objects or tall grass to avoid getting spotted. Catch 2 more wild Pokemon to register to your Pokedex. You can either sneak up behind Pokemon, or fight against aggressive Pokemon and lower their HP to catch them.
8	Once you have 5 unique Pokemon registered on your Pokedex, exit the Wild Zone through its northern exit and meet up with your rival in front of the Pokemon Research Lab in South Boulevard. Enter the building and use the elevator to head up to the third floor and speak to Mable. Press the X button to open the main menu, then navigate to Mable's Research to redeem the TM004 Rock Smash. Note: Completing more of Mable's Requests will net you points which will increase your rank and reward you with more TMs to use! TMs in Legends: Z-A can be used as many times as you like!
9	Exit the Pokemon Research Lab and you'll meet Naveen who will give you a Spirited Trilby. Teach Rock Smash to the Bunnelby you caught so you can destroy the large rocks you may encounter. You can explore a bit and catch more Pokemon or complete Mable's Requests. When you're ready, make your way back to Hotel Z to continue the story.
10	Enter the Hotel and speak with your rival to complete the mission after a short cutscene!

Mission 04 Walkthrough

	Battling in the Z-A Royale Guide
1	After the cutscene, exit the hotel and speak with your rival to officially complete in Z-A Royale. You need to earn enough ticket points by battling trainers in the battle zone. Open your main menu with the X button and you'll also see how many trainers you need to win against to get enough tickets.
2	Enter the Battle Zone for a short cutscene with Naveen, Lida, and your rival. You can then speak with your rival to heal your Pokemon in between battles. You can also speak to Naveem who will tell you more about Prize Medals, which are dropped by defeated trainers and will reward you prize money once the night ends. Conversely, losing a battle will cause you to give up half of your accumulated prize medals. Naveen will also give you a Sitrus Berry that you can equip your Pokemon as a held item.
3	When ready, start exploring the battle zone and fight and win against trainers to get enough ticket points. Your goal is to win against 3 trainers to get enough ticket points. Note: Make sure you have at least 5 Pokemon ready so you can cycle between them during fights. You can also head back to your rival to heal your Pokemon to full health. You can also sneak behind trainers and command your Pokemon to attack their Pokemon to deal First Strike damage that deals more damage than usual! Finally, you can also see how many wins you have on the upper right part of the screen, as well as how many tickets you have currently.
4	Once you've defeated three trainers, you'll get a summary of how many trainers you've defeated as well as how many points and medals you've accumulated during the fights. Make your way to the nearby Pokemon Center and speak with your Rival. They will tell you that you need to fight another trainer in a Promotion Match to increase your rank. Your first Promotion Match will be against Zach and defeating him will allow you to rank up! Make your way to the Taxi Lot in South Boulevard and speak with your rival to start the Promotion Match against Zach.
5	Zach's Pokemon: Lv.8 Slowpoke Lv.9 Pidgey Lv.9 Pikachu Zach has a total of 3 Pokemon and will start the fight with a Lv. 8 Slowpoke, then send out a Lv.9 Pidgey, and finally a Lv.9 Pikachu. We recommend getting an Electric-type Pokemon such as Pichu to deal with Slowpoke and Pidgey, while Bunnelby is a great match-up against Pikachu due to its immunity to Electric-types and super effective Ground-type moves. Note: You can heal your Pokemon during the match using Potions, so make sure to switch out your main attacker with another Pokemon if you need to heal them! ► How to Beat Zach
6	Defeat all of Zach's Pokemon and you'll rank up to Y Rank. You'll also be introduced to Emma during a short cutscene, which also completes the mission!

Mission 05 Walkthrough

	The City in the Shadow of Prism Tower
1	Exit your room and take the elevator down to the lobby on 1F where the mission will officially start.
2	Leave the hotel after the cutscene and Tarragon, along with two of his men, will appear and give you a Red Canari Plush.

Collect Colorful Screws to Get and Upgrade Canari Plush

You can get more Canari Plushes and upgrade their effects by collecting Colorful Screws and trading them at the Racine Construction.

Canari Plushes can increase EXP gained, money earned, and give other effects just by having them in your inventory, and you can get them by picking up the Colorful Screws found on scaffoldings!

3	As you follow your rival to their secret shortcut, your path will be immediately blocked by a chunk of Mega Crystals. Destroy it with an offensive move from one of your Pokemon (Tackle will do) to clear the ladder and obtain some Mega Shards.
4	Climb the ladder and hop off the ledge on the other side. You'll start finding Mega Crystals while exploring from this point onwards. Be sure to destroy them for their Mega Shards as they can be traded for Mega Stones later on. Cross the bridge to continue following your rival through the rooftops. Jump off the ledge at the end of the path and let your Rotom Phone land you safely below.
5	Ahead is Wild Zone 2 where you can train or catch Pokemon like Budew, Binacle, and Magikarp. When you're done with the Wild Zone, head northwest and meet up with your rival at the food truck.
6	Next stop is Emma's detective agency! Follow your rival until you both reach the Rouge District, where your rival will notice a gathering in front of Wild Zone 3. The two of you will get called out in the midde of the speech, and you will be forced to battle Josee of the Fist of Justice in your duo's behalf. Josee will send out a Lv.10 Machop and a Lv.11 Meditite.
7	Once the battle is settled, Wild Zone 3 will be free for you to explore! Skiddo, Pancham, and Litleo are some of the Pokemon that can be found here. Continue the main mission by heading northwest of the Wild Zone. Approach your rival in front of the Looker Bureau and enter the building with them.
8	Side Missions will be unlocked after the cutscene in Emma's office. These are requests from the citizens of Lumiose that provide rewards when completed. To start, Emma will let you handle three Side Missions that you'll need to complete to progress! 001 - A Big Ol' Bunnelby 002 - A Use for an Evolution Stone! 003 - Sableye in the Cemetery
9	After completing the first three Side Missions, report back to Emma at the Looker Bureau to continue. She plans to teach you about Mega Evolutions outside, but you will need to beat her Lv.15 Mareep in a Pokemon battle first. Win the battle and she will show you how Mega Stones work by using one on her Ampharos to turn it into Mega Ampharos! The mission will then be completed and you will be pinged about your promotion match afterwards. The following Side Missions will be unlocked after completing Main Mission 5: 004 - A Break Time Battle 005 - I'd Like to See an Ekans! 006 - Long-Range Moves Have Style 007 - A Feisty Chespin 008 - Get Well, Fennekin 009 - A Challenge from Froakie

Mission 06 Walkthrough

	Reaching Rank X Guide
1	Go to Bleu Plaza and speak to Yvon. She will tell you to get a Challenger's Ticket which you can get by battling trainers in the Battle Zone.

Catch the Alpha Bellsprout for Alpha Hunting

Wild Zone 5 Pokemon Locations

Starting Mission 6 also unlocks Wild Zone 5, where you can find an Alpha Bellsprout. This particular Bellsprout already has the Move Toxic, which can afflict the target with a bad poison.

This Move is best used when hunting Alpha Pokemon (except for Poison or Steel-types) as you can simply use Toxic, then recall Bellsprout right after. You can then focus on dodging attacks as the poison drains the Alpha of its HP and eventually gives you the capture window.

2	Wait until it's nighttime to access the Battle Zone. Once inside the Battle Zone, the game will tell you about Bonus Cards which gives you bonus points and medals upon completing the bonus objective written in them. You can only carry up to 3 cards. Challenge trainers throughout the Battle Zone while completing Bonus Card objectives until you have 3,000 points to get a Challenger's Ticket.
3	Exit the Battle Zone and go to a Pokemon Center to heal your Pokemon. After healing your Pokemon, fast travel to Bleu Plaza and speak to Yvon to battle her.
4	Yvon's Pokemon: Lv.15 Spritzee Lv.15 Swirlix Lv.16 Vivillon Yvon has a total of 3 Pokemon and will start the fight with a Lv. 15 Spritzee, then send out a Lv. 15 Swirlix, and finally a Lv.16 Vivillon. Use a Poison or Steel-type Pokemon to deal against Spritzee and Swirlix, while use any Fire-type Pokemon like Tepig to deal with Vivillon. Note: You can heal your Pokemon during the match using Potions, so make sure to switch out your main attacker with another Pokemon if you need to heal them! ► How to Beat Yvon
5	Defeat all of Yvon's Pokemon and you'll rank up to X Rank
6	Your Rival will talk to you after winning which will also end this mission. The following Side Missions will be unlocked after completing Main Mission 6: 010 - Skiddo's Fragrant Leaves 011 - The Kakuna Master 012 - The Many Flowers of Flabebe 013 - Stumped at the Fountain 014 - Slurpuff's Cafe Visit 015 - A Sensitive Audino 016 - The Budew Show

Mission 07 Walkthrough

	Reaching Rank W Guide
1	After the cutscene, exit the hotel and speak with Naveen to challenge him to a Pokemon battle. Naveen's Pokemon: Lv. 16 Spinarak Lv. 16 Sableye Lv. 17 Scraggy Naveen has a total of 3 Pokemon and will start the fight with a Lv. 16 Spinarak, then send out a Lv. 16 Sableye, and finally a Lv. 17 Scraggy. We recommend using Flying-types such as Fletchling or Fletchinder to use against both Spinarak and Scraggy. Sableye is only weak against Fairy-types, though you can still take it down with particularly strong Pokemon such as Heracross. After the match and a short cutscene, you'll receive an update on your Rotom Phone about your upcoming Promotion Match. You'll need to get a total of 4,000 Ticket Points to get a Challenge Ticket to fight against Xavi in a Promotion Match.
2	Challenge trainers in Battle Zones to get 4,000 Ticket Points. You can only earn points at night so make sure you explore the Battle Zone thoroughly to get as many points as possible before dawn breaks! Once you've obtained the Challenge Ticket, make your way to the school in the Rouge District in the northeastern part of the map to challenge Xavi.
3	Xavi's Pokemon: Lv.20 Venipede Lv.21 Kadabra Lv.20 Roselia Lv.21 Furfrou Xavi has a total of 4 Pokemon and will start the fight with a Lv.20 Venipede, then a Lv.21 Kadabra, Lv.20 Roselia, and finally a Lv.21 Furfrou. Two of Xavi's Pokemon are weak to Psychic and Flying-types, so having a Kadabra of your own or a Fletchinder allows you to easily beat Venipede and Roselia. Ghost-types such as Gengar can also trivialize the fight against Xavi since it's resistant to Venipede and Roselia's moves, can deal super effective damage against Kadabra, and is immune to Furfrou's Normal-type attacks. Alternatively, a strong Fighting-type Pokemon such as Heracross can one-shot Furfrou with its powerful Fighting-type moves! ► How to Beat Xavi
4	Defeat all of Xavi's Pokemon and you'll rank up to W Rank, which also completes the mission!

Mission 08 Walkthrough

	Reaching Rank V Guide
1	Finish the scene with Lida in Hotel Z. After Lida leaves the hotel, you will be tasked by AZ to deliver Lida her forgotten belongings. This will start the mission. Follow the objective marker which should lead you to Vert Sector 5 where Lida is. Finish the conversation with her which will lead to a battle against her.
2	Lida's Pokemon: Lv.22 Clauncher Lv.22 Vanillite Lv.23 Staryu Lida has a total of 3 Pokemon and will start the fight with a Lv. 22 Clauncher, then send out a Lv. 22 Vanillite, and finally a Lv.23 Staryu. Use Electric-type Pokemon like Raichu against Clauncher and Staryu, and then any Fire-type Pokemon like the Tepig line. Note: You can heal your Pokemon during the match using Potions, so make sure to switch out your main attacker with another Pokemon if you need to heal them!
3	After winning against Lida, your opponent for reaching Rank V will be revealed: Rintaro. Lida will tell you about sitting on the bench to make it nighttime. The Battle Zone that will spawn will be north of the city The following Side Missions will also be unlocked after the battle with Lida: 017 - A Shiny Mareep? 018 - A Pan-tastic Pot of Tea 019 - Poisonous, Paralyzing Strategies 020 - A Berry Clever Plan 021 - Spewpa in the Museum 022 - A Call from Mable (after healing at a Pokemon Center)
4	Challenge trainers throughout the Battle Zone while completing Bonus Card objectives until you have 5,000 points to get a Challenger's Ticket.
5	After getting the Challenger's Ticket, exit the Battle Zone and go to Restaurant Le Nah where Rintaro is. Talk to Rintaro to challenge him.
6	Rintaro's Pokemon: Lv.24 Simisage Lv.24 Simipour Lv.24 Simisear Rintaro has a total of 3 Pokemon and will start the fight with a Lv. 24 Simisage, then send out a Lv. 24 Simipour, and finally a Lv.24 Simisear. Use Fire-type Pokemon like the Tepig line against Simisage, Grass or Electric-type against Simipour, and a Water-type against Simisear. Note: You can heal your Pokemon during the match using Potions, so make sure to switch out your main attacker with another Pokemon if you need to heal them! ► How to Beat Rintaro
7	Defeat all of Rintaro's Pokemon and you'll rank up to V Rank, thus completing your mission.

Mission 09 Walkthrough

	Chase That Mysterious Pokemon Guide
1	After reaching Rank V, a cutscene will play where you'll encounter Zygarde in its 10% Forme. Emma will then call you and ask you to chase after it. Chase after Zygarde through the streets, making sure you don't lose sight of it. Zygarde will eventually stop near a building and will transport you to the roof after a short cutscene. You'll also receive a Mega Ring from AZ so that you can fight against the Rogue Mega Absol.
2	You'll be fighting Mega Absol using AZ's Lucario who will have a favorable type matchup against Mega Absol, though you still need to avoid its powerful attacks. Note: Mega Absol can hit your character with its attacks! Avoid its attacks to avoid fainting and losing the fight! Start the fight by using Aura Sphere when Absol is far away, and alternate between Rock Smash and Bullet Punch when it gets close. Lucario also has Protect which you should use when its using Air Slash since it can deal a critical hit. Damaging Mega Absol causes it to drop Orbs of Mega Power which you should collect to fill the Mega Ring Meter on the lower right of the screen. Once you have enough Mega Power, press the Right Thumbstick to Mega Evolve Lucario!
3	Mega Absol will periodically charge up for a powerful attack. When this happens, run away as far as you to avoid getting hit by a powerful Dark Pulse. While this move isn't super effective against Lucario, it can still cause it to flinch and also damage your character so make sure you move away from the boss when it's using this attack! If Lucario's Mega Evolution runs out, simply keep attacking Mega Absol and collect the Orbs it drops so you can Mega Evolve again! Keep using Aura Sphere and Rock Smash to deal super effective damage against the boss, while making sure to use Protect and running away from its Dark Pulse to keep Lucario's HP up. ▶ Rogue Mega Absol Strategy Guide
4	You'll receive the Absolite for defeating the Rogue Mega Absol. A short cutscene will then play where Emma, your Rival, and AZ will congratulate you. You'll also receive the Absol you just fought, which completes the mission!

Mission 10 Walkthrough

Mission 10 (Part 1)

	The Secrets of Mega Evolution Guide
1	Talk to your rival outside and they will request for a Pokemon battle where you unleash your Mega Absol. This means that your Absol must be absolutely prepared and able to Mega Evolve for the battle to start.
2	Open the Boxes menu and select your Absol. Give it the Absolite to hold so it can Mega Evolve during battle.
3	When you're set, talk to your rival again to start the battle. Depending on the Starter Pokemon that you picked, your rival will send in the other two starters back-to-back to face your team, both at Lv.25. Your rival's third Pokemon will be Manectric, which they will immediately Mega Evolve into Mega Manectric. Switch out your Absol and Mega Evolve it to match your rival and wrap up the fight! The following Side Missions will be unlocked after the battle with your rival: 023 - Underneath the Holovator 024 - An Abra Playmate 025 - Trubblesome Patrons 026 - Burn, Litleo, Burn
4	Head to Quasartico Inc. in the Magenta District to meet with Vinnie. Upon arriving, you'll find out that getting in isn't going to be simple as two Dedenne guards will engage you in a 2-on-2 fight.
5	Vinnie will exit the building right after you beat up their guards and tell you to meet him at the battle court just beside the building.
6	Surprise! You and your rival are now set for a promotion match against Vinnie himself. But first, you need to get 6,000 Challenge Points to get a Challenger's Ticket for the match. Enter a Battle Zone and start racking up points until you can get your hands on the Challenger's Ticket. If it's still daytime, you can instantly change to nighttime by resting on benches. Return to the battle court and present the ticket to Vinnie to start the match.
7	Vinnie's Pokemon: Lv.30 Houndoom Lv.30 Sharpedo Lv.30 Buneary Lv.32 Drampa (Mega) All four of Vinnie's Pokemon are weak to Fighting-type Moves, so having at least two Lv.30 Fighting-type Pokemon is enough to clear this match as long as you don't forget to heal them when necessary. 8	Enter Quasartico Inc. and learn the story of the phenomenon that triggers Rogue Mega Evolutions from Vinnie.
9	As you try to leave the building, one of the staff will get your attention to inform you that the Mega Shard Exchange Shop is now open! Here, you can trade in the Mega Shards you've been collecting to get Mega Stones for certain Pokemon.
10	Leave Quasartico Inc. and follow your rival to Nouveau Cafe, where Naveen happens to be as well. During the conversation, your rival will get a call from Vinnie, saying that they've detected areas where Rogue Mega Pokemon are likely to emerge.
11	Rendezvous with the rest of the team at Hotel Z. The main topic of the discussion will be the three locations with high concentrations of Mega Power and the possible Rogue Mega Pokemon that you might face: Mega Slowbro, Mega Camerupt, and Mega Victreebel. 	A Rogue Mega Slowbro Guide
1	Head west to Aymlis Park in the Bleu District to find a Slowbro that is about to Mega Evolve. Approach it and you will get a prompt to start the boss fight when you're ready.
2	The game will recommend to use Plus Moves to increase the effectiveness of your attacks. Each use will drain a portion of your Mega Ring, so make each Plus Move count. To make the most out of your Mega Ring, it is best to save it for a Mega Evolution, as a Mega Evolved Pokemon will have all of its attacks enhanced to Plus Moves. Mission 12 Walkthrough

	A Rogue Mega Camerupt Guide
1	Next in line is the affected Camerupt in Jaune Sector 3. You will need to find Tarragon and talk to him first before you can reach it. However, his crew will further impede your progress by challenging you to a battle, so you'll need to humor them a bit. Defeat Tony's Lv.32 Tynamo and Numel to proceed.
2	Climb the ladders to the rooftop to find the target Camerupt about to become a Mega Camerupt. Like before, aim to have a Mega Pokemon go toe-to-toe with the boss to make things easier. Be sure to also exploit its weakness to Water-type Moves. ▶ Rogue Mega Camerupt Strategy Guide
3	You will obtain the Cameruptite after calming the Rogue Mega Camerupt.

Mission 13 Walkthrough

	A Rogue Mega Victreebel Guide
1	The third Rogue Mega to find is over at Magenta Sector 9. Unlike the other two Rogues, the affected Victreebel is just sitting in the open. Approach it to trigger the Mega Evolution and start the boss fight.

3	The Victreebelite is yours and the mission will be completed after the fight.

Mission 10 (Part 2)

	The Secrets of Mega Evolution Guide
1	After beating all three Rogue Megas, return to Hotel Z to meet with the rest of the team. However, just before you enter the door, the Lv.33 Zygarde will attack you. Turns out it's just trying to give you a mysterious Pebble! Watch the following cutscenes after the fight and Mission 10 will be completed.

Mission 14 Walkthrough

	Reaching Rank E Guide
1	Finish the cutscene with Naveen, Lida, and your rival where you will learn about your next rank match opponent: Canari. Naveen will feel conflicted but will ultimately decide to tell you Canari's location if you win against him. Go outside the Hotel Z and battle Naveen.
2	Naveen's Pokemon: Lv.33 Ariados Lv.33 Sableye Lv.33 Scraggy Naveen has a total of 3 Pokemon and will start the fight with a Lv. 33 Ariados, then send out a Lv. 33 Sableye, and finally a Lv.33 Scraggy. Use Fire, Rock, or Flying-type against Ariados, Fairy-type against Sableye, and Fairy, Fighting, and Flying-types against Scraggy. Note: You can heal your Pokemon during the match using Potions, so make sure to switch out your main attacker with another Pokemon if you need to heal them!
3	After winning against Naveen, he will tell you that in order to challenge Canari, you will need to have a Challenger's Ticket first before so he can tell you how to participate in Canari Quiz Whiz Contest. The following Side Missions will be unlocked after the battle against Naveen: 030 - Show Me a Mega Camerupt! 031 - Show Me a Mega Sableye! 032 - Show Me a Mega Medicham! 033 - Who Has the Bigger Magikarp? 034 - Moves That Put Up a Wall 035 - Guidance from a Yoga Master 036 - Some Friendly Competition 037 - Binacle by the Boatload
4	Sit on the bench to switch to night time to unlock the Battle Zone. Go inside the Battle Zone and earn the Challenger's Ticket by collecting 32,000 Points by completing Bonus Card objectives and battling trainers.
5	Once you obtain your Challenger's Ticket, go back to Hotel Z and talk to Naveen to present the ticket. He will tell you to meet up in the electrical substation in the Magenta District where the Canari Quiz Whiz Contest will take place. Fast travel to the nearest Pokemon Center to the objective area to get there faster and talk to Naveen. Naveen will tell you that the password to enter is "Let's Go DYN4MO".
6	Talk to the Young Man at the front and choose the words: "Let's", "Go", "DYN4MO" in that order to enter the quiz. Round 1 The first round will consists of three questions where you will need to choose TRUE (Green) or FALSE (Red). Here are the correct answers: ・ I'm crazy good at falling-block games - TRUE ・Macarons are my favorite food! - FALSE ・Electric-type Pokemon are my fave! - TRUE Round 2 Canari will task you to bring her favorite Pokemon, Eelektross, its favorite dessert. For this one, head towards Cafe Gallant in Magenta Sector 1 to talk to Naveen. He will ask the waiter the Super Lumiose Galette and give it to you so you can present it in the quiz.
7	Round 3 After presenting the Galette, you will be the only one left alongside another superfan, Mani. In order to gain the right to answer the final round question, you must battle Mani and win. Mani's Pokemon: Lv.34 Helioptile Lv.34 Emolga Lv.35 Raichu Use any Fighting or Ground-type Pokemon against Helioptile, Ice or Rock-type against Emolga, and Ground-type against Raichu to have an easier time winning. Note: You can heal your Pokemon during the match using Potions, so make sure to switch out your main attacker with another Pokemon if you need to heal them! After you win, Canari will ask you the final question about who owned the laptop she played on when she was a child. Naveen will tell you to answer "Your grandpa" to secure your spot for a promotion battle. 8	Head to Racine Construction and talk to Tarragon behind the counter and he will challenge you. Tarragon's Pokemon: Lv.36 Hippowdon Lv.36 Diggersby Lv.37 Mega Excadrill All of Tarragon's Pokemon are Ground-type so have a Water-type to counter them all. Note that Tarragon will use a Mega Stone to transform Excadrill into Mega Excadrill. Note: You can heal your Pokemon during the match using Potions, so make sure to switch out your main attacker with another Pokemon if you need to heal them!
9	After winning against Tarragon, he will tell you where Canari's room is. Enter the room to talk to Canari. After the dialogue, challenge her to a Promotion Match. 	A Job for Team MZ Guide
1	After reaching Rank E and a cutscene, speak to Lida to start the Team MZ meeting. During the meeting, she will report that more Rogue Mega Evolved Pokemon have been appearing in the city. 2	Exit the hotel and head up the nearby ladder, then drop down to the next building and speak to your rival who will teach you how to Roto-Glide across rooftops and allow you to reach previously inaccessible areas.
3	Before starting the Rogue Mega Evolution investigations, we recommend you level up your Pokemon in the Wild Zones to at least Level 40 to make the fights with the Rogue Mega Pokemon easier! Mission 16 Walkthrough

	A Rogue Mega Beedrill Guide
1	Make your way to Sector 5 of the Vert District to confront the Mega Beedrill. Its location is just slightly northwest of Hotel Z. Head up the rooftops and look for the web bridge that leads to the spot where the Beedrill is located. When ready, interact with the Beedrill to start the fight. Your rival will accompany you during the fight with their starter Pokemon.
2	Mega Beedrill is weak to Fire, Flying, Psychic, and Rock-type Moves so we recommend bringing Pokemon that can deal damage with these types during the fight. Mega Camerupt is one of the best Mega Pokemon to use against this boss since it can resist Mega Beedrill's Bug-type Moves and retaliate with super effective Fire-type moves. Mission 17 Walkthrough

	A Rogue Mega Hawlucha Guide
1	Make your way to Sector 3 in the Magenta District to confront Mega Hawlucha. Its location is just northeast of the Shutterbug Cafe. Head up the rooftops and speak with Lida. After the cutscene, follow the path to the next set of rooftops and interact with the Hawlucha to start the fight. Note: Lida will accompany you with her Clauncher during the fight.
2	Mega Hawlucha is weak to Ice, Psychic, Electric, and Fairy-type Moves so we recommend bringing Pokemon that can deal damage with these types during the fight. Mission 18 Walkthrough

	A Rogue Mega Banette Guide
1	Make your way to Sector 9 of the Jaune District to confront the Mega Banette. Its location is slightly northeast of the Wild Zone 8. Speak to Naveen to start the fight with Mega Banette after a short cutscene. He'll join you in the fight with his Ariados.
2	Mega Hawlucha is weak to Ghost and Dark-type Moves so we recommend bringing Pokemon that can deal damage with tehse types durign the fight. Mega Absol is the best Mega Pokemon to use against this boss since it can resist Mega Banette's Ghost-type moves while dealing high damage with its super effective Dark-type Moves. The Rogue Mega Banette will split into three clones during the fight. Pay attention to Naveen's Araidos since it always attacks the real Mega Banette! ► Rogue Mega Banette Strategy Guide
3	Defeating the Rogue Mega Banette will reward you the Banettite and short cutscene with L and Zygarde will play which also completes the mission.

Mission 15 (Part 2)

1	With all the Rogue Mega Pokemon defeated, return to Hotel Z in the Vert District.
2	A short cutscene will play where you'll team up with fellow Team MZ members and discuss your next promotion match with Ivor, which also completes the mission.

Mission 19 Walkthrough

	Reaching Rank D Guide
1	You'll finally face Ivor 14 Main Missions later! But first, you'll need to get yout hands on another Challenger's Ticket. For this promotion match, you need to get a total of 35,000 Ticket Points in Z-A Royale. The following Side Missions will be unlocked at the start of the mission: 044 - Vanillite's Fragrant Snow (must complete Skiddo's Fragrant Leaves first) 045 - On Maintenance Duty 046 - Pidgeot Soaring High 047 - Becoming a Furfrou Trimmer
2	Once you get the ticket, head over to the Fist of Justice Dojo at the Jaune District. However, Ivor won't be there when you arrive, and you will be challenged by Josee again instead. Both her Lv.43 Machoke and Lv.43 Medicham are weak to Flying-type Moves like Aerial Ace. Defeating Josee will reward you with a Seed of Mastery.
3	Ivor is finally here! But, it turns out that he needs his sister, who is currently missing, and her smartphone to confirm the matchup. Follow him to the Looker Bureau and seek Emma's help in finding Gwynn. The following Side Missions will be unlocked after the battle with Josee: 048 - All Tied Up 049 - Hit and Heal 050 - Just a Few Questions for You... (Nighttime only)
4	Go to the city hall, located east of Wild Zone 8, to see if Gywnn is still there.
5	As expected, Ivor's little sister is nowhere to be found. Go to the east side of the city hall and talk to they guy next to the fountain with the "The Fist of Justice, huh?" speech bubble.
6	Next stop is Nouveau Cafe at the Vert District. As expected, Gwynn is also not here, but you get a lead that she might be with Canari.
7	Go to Racine Construction at the southeast edge of Vert District. Gwynn is also not here, but Canari is willing to give you a clue on where she could be if you beat her again in a Pokemon battle. Canari's Pokemon: Lv.42 Heliolisk Lv.43 Ampharos Lv.43 Stunfisk Lv.44 Mega Eelektross All of Canari's Pokemon are weak to Ground-type Moves so Pokemon like Garchomp is recommended. Take note that her Stunfisk can use Stealth Rock which puts close-range attackers at a disadvantage. The following Side Missions will be unlocked after the rematch with Canari: 051 - Floette Frolicking with Flowers (must complete The Many Flowers of Flabebe first) 052 - Numel Frozen Solid 053 - The Most Electrifying Eelektrik
8	Canari will spill the clue after defeating her in this battle, which ultimately leads your group somewhere with a Clawitzer fountain. Luckily, the game automatically marks it on your map! Head to the location in the Bleu District to continue.
9	If you haven't found it yet, the Ice Beam TM is found in the middle of the battle court in Wild Zone 12. You can also find Ice-type Pokemon within the zone that can learn this move. Once you have an Ice Beam user, return to the fountain and use the move on it to freeze the water and reveal an entrance to the sewers.
10	Make your way through the sewers until you reach the marked location where you'll find a locked gate. Examine every part of the locked gate to proceed.
11	Follow the Klefki to the other room and catch it. Make use of the Ultra Balls Emma just gave you to avoid wasting your own Poke Balls.
12	Go back to the locked gate only to find out that the Klefki doesn't have the correct key either. Oh well, just let Ivor bust the gate open.
13	Go deeper into the sewers until you reach a dead end room at the northernmost part of the map. In the room where the Chandelure disappeared, you have to investigate four specific spots to proceed: ・Pipes and valves southeast of the room ・Four machines southwest of the room ・Electric panels northwest of the room ・Pale crates on the stack of crates near the entrance A cutscene will play after investigating these four spots which reveals a hidden area west of the room.
14	Inside the room at the end of the path is Gwynn and her Chandelure. When Emma asks, answer that Gwynn herself is the culprit, as it is clear that she decides to hide and stay in the sewers. However, like everything else in this city, Gwynn insists that you will have to beat her in battle if you want the whole truth.
15	Gwynn's Pokemon: Lv.43 Banette Lv.44 Gourgeist Lv.45 Chandelure (Mega) As Gwynn's entire team is composed of Ghost-types, using Dark-type Moves like Crunch and Night Slash makes for an easy sweep. The following Side Missions will be unlocked after the battle with Gwynn: 054 - Get ENERGIZED! 055 - Carvanha, Menace of the Deep! 056 - We'll Just Muscle Our Way Through
16	Now that's settled, time to get promoted to Rank D! Rest up and return to the Justice Dojo to start the match. Ivor's Pokemon: Lv.45 Heracross Lv.46 Machamp Lv.46 Medicham Lv.47 Falinks (Mega) Do not bring Pokemon that are weak to Fighting-type Moves to this fight as they will just get OHKO'd. Using Ghost-types is a good strategy here as they can negate most of Ivor's attacks. However, take note that his Pokemon have other moves that can hit Ghost-types, so be sure to at least match his team's level and bring some recovery items. ►How to Beat Ivor
17	Defeating Ivor promotes you to Rank D and rewards you with the TM011 Bulk Up.

Mission 20 Walkthrough

Mission 20 (Part 1)

	A Request from the Rust Syndicate Guide
1	Head to the Rust Syndicate headquarters. You can fast travel to Bleu Plaza nearby to get there quickly. Once you arrive at the entrance, you will be stopped by Rust Syndicate Grunts and you will have to battle one of them. After the battle, you will meet Philippe, one of the members of the top brass in the syndicate who will challenge you to a battle. The following Side Missions will be unlocked at the start of the mission: 057 - The Camerupt Entrepreneur 058 - Better to Detect Than to Protect 059 - A Rematch with Hawlucha! 060 - Full Course of Battles: Two Star
2	Philippe's Pokemon: Lv.46 Steelix Lv.46 Scizor Lv.47 Mega Skarmory As Philippe uses Steel-type Pokemon, have your Pokemon use Fire-type moves so you can have an easier time defeating his Pokemon. Note: You can heal your Pokemon during the match using Potions, so make sure to switch out your main attacker with another Pokemon if you need to heal them!
3	After the battle, follow Philippe inside the headquarters. Talk to him inside and you will meet Corbeau, the boss of Rust Syndicate. He offers to lower Taunie's interest if you do some errands for him. You have no choice but to accept the offer.
4	Once you finish the scene, go back to Hotel Z and tell the others about what happened in the syndicate headquarters. You will need to defeat another 3 Pokemon who are gonna Rogue Mega Evolve in this next section.

Mission 21 Walkthrough

	A Rogue Mega Mawile Guide
1	The Mawile that you have to fight is located at Magenta Sector 6 at the top of a building. Climb the scaffolding beside the building to reach the top.
2	Approach the Mawile and a battle will commence with it evolving into Mega Mawile which is weak to Fire-type Moves, so if you have a trained Camerupt, you can use the Cameruptite you just got to send a Mega Camerupt against it. ► Rogue Mega Mawile Strategy Guide
3	The Mawilite is yours and the mission will be completed after your rival heals your Pokemon after the battle.

Mission 22 Walkthrough

	A Rogue Mega Barbaracle Guide
1	The Barbaracle that you have to fight is located at Bleu Sector 5 sewers. Climb down the stairs on the sewers south of the objective marker so you can get to where the Barbaracle is.
2	Approach the Barbaracle and a battle will commence with it evolving into Mega Barbaracle which is weak to many elements like Water, Grass, Fighting, Ground, Psychic, Steel, and Fairy-type moves. ► Rogue Mega Barbaracle Strategy Guide
3	The Barbaracite is yours and the mission will be completed but not before Zygarde 10% appears before you. You will also encounter L after the fight for a short talk.

Mission 23 Walkthrough

	A Rogue Mega Ampharos Guide
1	Go to Rouge Sector 6 to where the objective is. Naveen will tell you that the Holovator has power but isn't working. Naveen will then notice that someone is watching you on the corner which turned out to be Gwynn. Approach her for a battle.
2	Gwynn's Pokemon: Lv.45 Banette Lv.46 Gourgeist Lv.46 Gengar Lv.47 Mega Chandelure Gwynn mainly uses Ghost Pokemon so having Ghost or Dark-type moves to counter her will make the battle easier. Note: You can heal your Pokemon during the match using Potions, so make sure to switch out your main attacker with another Pokemon if you need to heal them!
3	After defeating Gwynn, she will reveal that the Holovator is possessed by a Phantump. After the Phantump leaves and the cutscene ends, go take the Holovator to go to the top.
4	At the top of the buildings will be bridges and ladders that you need to follow in order to get to the building where Ampharos is. Follow these paths while destroying Mega Crystals on the way until you get to the building where Ampharos is.
5	Approach the Ampharos and a battle will commence with its Mega version. Mega Ampharos is weak to Ice, Ground, Fairy, and Dragon-type moves so make sure that you have moves from those elements to deal more damage against Mega Ampharos. ► Rogue Mega Ampharos Strategy Guide
6	The Ampharosite is yours and the mission will be completed after Naveen heals your Pokemon and after Emma appears.

Mission 20 (Part 2)

	A Request from the Rust Syndicate Guide
1	Go back to Hotel Z and discuss with your teammates about your next plan. Corbeau will call you about troublemakers holed up in an old building in Bleu District. Go to the old building Corbeau mentioned.
2	Once at the front of the building, you will meet the requester who wants the troublemakers inside gone. The troublemakers are actually Pokemon such as Gengar and Gastly. Defeat all of them and then talk to the requester.
3	Corbeau will meet you inside the building, making sure you handled the job properly. The next task you'll do is to help one of Corbeau's people who is located in the riverbank near the Electrical Substation where you need to tidy up undesirable elements.
4	Fast travel to Magenta Pokemon Center as it is near your objective. Meet up with the Young Lady on the objective and she will tell you to follow her into the sewers.
5	Once inside the sewers, the lady grunt will explain that you need to destroy Mega Crystals inside the sewers. Destroy 27 of them and then report back to the grunt.
6	Exit the sewer and you will meet Corbeau again. He will ask you regarding who L is and if you're calming Rogue Mega Pokemon. He will then tell you to go to the battle court near Centrico Plaza to deal with troublemakers.
7	Fast travel to Centrico Pokemon Center and go to the battle court where you'll meet trainers from Lumiose Society of Battle Connoisseurs bothering children. Battle both Francois and Vivica which should not be that difficult.
8	Corbeau will arrive again which will make the Lumiose Society members to run. After a short conversation, you will hear a commotion from a nearby bank.
9	Follow Corbeau to the bank where you will team up with him to fight the representative of Lumiose Safety Group. The battle is easy if you have access to Fighting-type moves.
10	Finish the dialogue after the battle and go back to Hotel Z. You will discuss what happened with your teammates. After the discussion, Corbeau will call you again asking for you to go the syndicate headquarters again.
11	Fast travel to Bleu Plaza and go to the headquarters. Talk to Philippe inside who will lead you to Corbeau. This will complete the mission.

Mission 24 Walkthrough

	Reaching Rank C Guide
1	After the cutscene, Corbeau will encourage you to get a Challenger's Ticket. You need to earn 38,000 Ticket Points to get the Challenger's Ticket to start the Promotion Match against him!
2	Wait for night and battle trainers in Battle Zones to earn Ticket Points. Make sure to grab the Bonus Cards that spawn in the zones to get increased ticket points when fulfilling certain conditions. Note: You can sit on a bench to pass the time during the day so that you can head into a Battle Zone again. ►How to Change Time to Night or Day
3	Once you have the Challenge Ticket, fast travel back to the Rust Syndicate Office in the Bleu District. Head inside the building and speak to Philippe to challenge Corbeau.
4	Corbeau's Pokemon: Lv. 50 Arbok Lv. 51 Gyarados Lv. 51 Roserade Lv. 52 Scolipede Corbeau has a total of 4 Pokemon and will start the fight with a Lv. 50 Arbok, followed by a Lv. 51 Gyarados, a Lv. 51 Roserade, and a Lv. 52 Scolipede that can mega evolve into Mega Scolipede. With the exception of Gyarados, all of Corbeau's Pokemon have the Poison typing so bring Pokemon that have Psychic-type Moves such as Alakazam and Gardevoir so you can easily deal with most of his team! 5	Defeat all of Corbeau's Pokemon and you'll rank up to C Rank, and you'll also get the TM for Gunk Shot as a reward. ►List of All TMs A short cutscene will then play where Corbeau checks in at Hotel Z, which also completes the mission.

Mission 25 Walkthrough

	A Showdown on the Battle Court Guide
1	Lida and Naveen are both excited to test their Mega Evolved partners in battle! Head to the battle court in Vert Sector 4 together with the whole team.
2	Lida's Pokemon: Lv.46 Clawitzer Lv.46 Vanillish Lv.47 Emolga Lv.48 Staryu The first match is against Lida and her party of four. Even though it's a bit varied, a decent Pokemon that can use both Rock-type and Electric-type Moves can sweep her team. One such Pokemon is Ampharos, pull this off with any damaging Electric move and Power Gem.
3	Naveen's Pokemon: Lv.48 Ariados Lv.48 Sableye Lv.49 Krookodile Lv.50 Scrafty (Mega) Next up is Naveen and his mostly Dark-type team. Other than Ariados, all of Naveen's Pokemon are weak to Fairy-type Moves, so a powerful Gardevoir is one of the best choices for this fight. If you purchased the game early, you can get a Ralts with Gardevoirite for free through the Mystery Gift system. You can then use your Mega Gardevoir here to spam Fairy attacks.
4	The mission will be completed after winning both battles back-to-back.

Mission 26 Walkthrough

Mission 26 (Part 1)

	An Invitation from the SBC
1	Watch the scene play out where Lebanne of Society of Battle Connoisseurs. She will tell you that the leader of SBC, Lady Jacinthe, invites you and your rival to the society's next gathering in Hotel Richissime. After Lebanne leaves, Lida tells for you and your rival to dress the part which will begin this mission.
2	Visit Boutique Couture at the south of the city. To get there quickly, fast travel to Vernal Pokemon Center which is nearby the store. Go to the boutique and watch the scenes where you will be greeted by Asami, the designer there where she will give you a free outfit but have to battle her and win with a Mega Evolved Pokemon. She will have a Lv.50 Florges who is weak to Poison and Steel-type moves so make sure that your Mega Pokemon has any of the moves with those types to have an easier time
3	After defeating Asami, she will immediately give you new clothes. Wear them and then head to the Hotel Richissime by fast traveling to Cafe Ultimo which is near the destination.
4	Head inside and you will be greeted by Lebanne. Speak to her again and she will lead you to where the party is. Watch the scenes until Lady Jacinthe appears. She will invite all the guests to gather at the center but Naveen will call your rival telling your about new Rogue Mega Pokemon. You and rival will decide to leave the venue, despite Lebanne's protests.
5	Head back to Hotel Z for a strategy meeting. Watch the scenes and talk to Lida to commence the meeting. You will learn that there are new 3 Rogue Mega Pokemon: Froslass, Altaria, and Venusaur. Mission 27 Walkthrough

	A Rogue Mega Froslass Guide
1	The Froslass that you have to fight is located at Aymlis Park in the Bleu District. You can go to the Vernal Pokemon Center, then walk towards the west to go to the holovator at Bleu Sector 3 (the holovator will be unavailable until you complete the Side Mission, My Favorite Holovator). Walk along the rooftop and use Fire attacks on the ice shards to create ice bridges until you reach Rogue Mega Froslass.
2	Approach the Froslass and a battle will commence with it evolving into Mega Froslass which is weak to Fire-type Moves, so if you have a trained Camerupt, you can use the Cameruptite you just got to send a Mega Camerupt against it. ► Rogue Mega Froslass Strategy Guide
3	The Froslassite is yours and the mission will be completed after a scene with Jacinthe.

Mission 28 Walkthrough

	A Rogue Mega Altaria Guide
1	The Altaria that you have to fight is located at the top of the building in Magenta Sector 4. Fast travel to Wild Zone 7 which is near your objective. Take the Holovator near the building and make your way towards the Altaria.
2	Approach the Altaria and a battle will commence with it evolving into Mega Altaria which is weak to many elements like Ice, Poison, Steel, and Fairy-type moves. ► Rogue Mega Altaria Strategy Guide
3	The Altarianite is yours and the mission will be completed after an amused reaction from Jacinthe for your efforts in quelling Rogue Mega Pokemon.

Mission 29 Walkthrough

	A Rogue Mega Venusaur Guide
1	Go to Jaune Sector 8 to where the objective is. Fast travel to Jaune Pokemon Center nearby to get there quickly. Just follow the objective to get to the Venusaur.
2	Mega Venusaur is a Lv.53 Pokemon that is weak to Fire, Ice, Flying, and Psychic-type moves so make sure to have access on moves with those typing to have an easier time. ► Rogue Mega Venusaur Strategy Guide
3	The Venusaurite is yours and the mission will be completed with another scene with Jacinthe.

Mission 26 (Part 2)

	An Invitation from the SBC
1	Go back to Hotel Z and discuss with your teammates what happened. Eventually, your rival will notice something going on outside.
2	Once you are outside, you will learn that the surroundings have become Battle Zone thanks to Jacinthe's persistence. You will have to battle members of SBC in order to remove the zone.
3	After two battles with SBC members, it's time to fight Lebanne. Lebanne's Pokemon: Lv. 53 Noivern Lv. 53 Tyrantrum Lv. 53 Garchomp Lv. 54 Mega Dragalge All of Lebanne's Pokemon are particularly weak to Ice and Dragon-type moves so it's better to have any moves from these elements.
4	After winning against Lebanne, watch the scene to finish the mission.

Mission 30 Walkthrough

	Reaching Rank B Guide
1	After the cutscene, Lebanne encourages you to get a Challenge Ticket. You need to earn 41,000 Ticket Points to get the Challenger's Ticket to join Jacinthe's Tournament and fight her in a Promotion Match. 2	Wait for night and battle trainers in Battle Zones to earn Ticket Points. Try to get Bonus Cards with increased points to maximize the amount of ticket points you earn when completing them. Note: You can sit on a bench during the day to pass the time so you can head into a Battle Zone again. ►How to Change Time to Night or Day
3	Once you have the Challenge Ticket, fast travel to the Hotel Richissime on the northeastern side of the map. Note: We recommend getting your Pokemon to at least Lv. 60 to make the succeeding battles easier. ►How to Level Up Fast Head inside and speak to Lebanne to get your photo taken so you can start Jacinthe's Tournament. You'll need to defeat opponents each round to advance through the tournament and eventually challenge Jacinthe. Speak to Lebanne to start the tournament.
4	Canari's Pokemon: Lv. 53 Heliolisk Lv. 54 Stunfisk Lv. 54 Ampharos Lv. 55 Eelektross Your first fight is against Canari and she'll start the fight with a Lv. 53 Heliolisk followed by a Lv. 54 Stunfisk, then a Lv. 54 Ampharos, and finally a Lv. 55 Eelektross that can mega evolve into Mega Eelektross. Sending out a strong Ground-type Pokemon can trivialize the fight with Canari thanks to their immunity to Electric-type Moves. Camerupt is a good choice since it has enough bulk to shrug off coverage moves, and can also mega evolve into Mega Camerupt.
5	Ivor's Pokemon: Lv. 53 Heracross Lv. 54 Machamp Lv. 54 Medicham Lv. 55 Falinks Ivor is your next opponent and starts the fight with a Lv. 53 Heracross followed by a Lv. 54 Machamp, then a Lv. 54 Medicham, and finally a Lv. 55 Falinks that can mega evolve into Mega Falinks. We recommend using a strong Fairy-type Pokemon during this fight as Ivor's Pokemon has coverage moves against Flying-types. Gardevoir is a good choice since it has 4x resistance to Fighting-type moves thank to its dual typing and can also mega evolve into Mega Gardevoir.
6	Corbeau's Pokemon: Lv. 54 Arbok Lv. 54 Roserade Lv. 55 Gyarados Lv. 56 Scolipede Corbeau is your next opponnent and starts the fight with a Lv. 54 Arbok and then a Lv. 54 Roserade, followed by a Lv. 55 Gyarados, and finally a Lv. 56 Scolipede that can mega evolve into Mega Scolipede. A powerful Psychic-type Pokemon with an Electric-type coverage move to deal with Gyarados can make this fight easier. Starmie is a good choice thanks to its high speed, access to Psychic-type Moves, and its ability to mega evolve into Mega Starmie.
7	Speak to Jacinthe after the fight and a cutscene will play where your match is interrupted by Zygarde. You'll then need to battle Zygarde in its 50% Forme. Zygarde is weak against Dragon and Fairy-type Moves, and has 4x weakness against Ice-type Moves so send out a Pokemon that can use these moves to quickly defeat Zygarde. Note: You can't catch Zygarde during this fight! Once defeated, Zygarde will revert to its 10% Forme and run off, and a L will explain that he'll help collect the remaining Zygarde cells so that Legendary Pokemon can achieve its Complete Forme.
8	Jacinthe's Pokemon: Lv. 57 Carbink Lv. 58 Aurorus Lv. 58 Mawile Lv. 58 Gardevoir Lv. 59 Clefable After the cutscene, speak to Jacinthe to challenge her. She'll first send out a Lv. 57 Carbink followed by a Lv. 58 Aurorus, and then a Lv. 58 Mawile and Lv. 58 Gardevoir, and finally a Lv. 59 Clefable that can mega evolve into Mega Clefable. Pokemon that can use Steel-type Moves are great for this fight since almost all her Pokemon are weak to it. Excadrill is one of the best Pokemon to use against this fight since it can also use Ground-type Moves against Mawile and can mega evolve into Mega Excadrill, though take care as her Gardevoir and Clefable have Mystical Fire as a coverage move. ►How to Beat Jacinthe
9	Defeat all of Jacinthe's Pokemon and you'll rank up to B Rank, and the mission will complete after getting the TM for Play Rough as a reward.

Mission 32 Walkthrough

	A Rogue Mega Dragonite Guide
1	First up is the Rogue Mega Dragonite in Vert Sector 3. Fast travel to either Wild Zone 2 or Cafe Cyclone and enter the compound through the west side. If this is your first time here, you need to remove the sludge blocking the tunnel using a Water-type Move first.
2	Use the elevator on the south side to reach the rooftops. Turn around and climb the scaffolding on the west side until you reach the ledge at the northwest corner that overlooks the buildings to the north.
3	Glide north with your Rotom Phone and walk along the rooftops until you reach the affected Dragonite.
4	Mega Dragonite has 4x weakness to Ice-type Moves, so Pokemon like Froslass and Glalie are good matchups. Abomasnow can also work, but Mega Dragonite might blast it with Flying Moves. Spam super effective moves whenever you see Mega Dragonite charge up to stun it. Failing to interrupt its charge ups will result in an arena-wide Hyper Beam that can knock out both you and your Pokemon. ► Rogue Mega Dragonite Strategy Guide
5	You'll get the Dragoninite after the battle and the mission will be completed.

Mission 33 Walkthrough

	A Rogue Mega Tyranitar Guide
1	Next to take care of is the Rogue Mega Tyranitar at the Jaune District. Fast travel to the nearest Pokemon Center and enter the compound from the east side. Approach the Pokemon to start the battle.
2	Mega Tyranitar has 4x weakness to Fighting-type Moves. The Heracross that you get as a reward during A Use for an Evolution Stone! is a good Fighting-type that can go toe-to-toe with Mega Tyranitar, especially as Mega Heracross. ► Rogue Mega Tyranitar Strategy Guide
3	You'll get the Tyranitarite after the battle and the mission will be completed.

Mission 34 Walkthrough

	A Rogue Mega Starmie Guide
1	To reach the Rogue Mega Starmie in Bleu Sector 9, fast travel to Wild Zone 10 and head go up the scaffolding on the west side of Sector 6. Once you reach the rooftops, you'll be able to cross over to Sector 8 and reach the objective marker.
2	You'll run into members of Rust Syndicate on the way to the Rogue Mega, and despite having the same agenda, Philippe decides to battle you instead of helping.
3	Philippe's Pokemon: Lv.56 Steelix Lv.56 Aggron Lv.56 Scizor Lv.57 Skarmory (Mega) A mix of Fire-type and Fighting-type Moves can make quick work of his team. Just remember that Fire-type Moves will only deal normal damage to Aggron, like Fighting-type Moves will do to Skarmory.
4	After the Syndicate leaves, you can just glide down to where Starmie is to start the boss fight.
5	Lida won't be of much help in this fight as her entire party is composed of Water-types. It is recommended to use Grass-types here as they can endure Rogue Mega Starmie's Water-type Moves while also dealing super effective damage with Grass-type Moves. Dark-type Pokemon are also good counters as Rogue Mega Starmie is also part Psychic. ► Rogue Mega Starmie Strategy Guide
6	You'll get the Starminite after the battle and the mission will be completed.

Mission 31 (Part 2)

1	Once all three Rogue Megas are taken care of, simply fast travel back to Hotel Z, watch the cutscene, and the mission will be complete!

Mission 35 Walkthrough

	Reaching Rank A Guide
1	After the cutscene, fast travel to the Looker Bureau to consult with Emma regarding the identity of Grisham. Head inside and after a short cutscene, Emma will challenge you to a Pokemon battle. Exit the bureau and speak to Emma to start the fight.
2	Emma's Pokemon: Lv. 57 Ampharos Lv. 57 Mawile Lv. 57 Lucario Lv. 57 Lopunny Lv. 58 Malamar Emma has well-balanced team of 5 Pokemon that and starts the fight with a Lv. 57 Ampharos, followed by a Lv. 57 Mawile, Lv. 57 Lucario, and a Lv. 57 Lopunny. Her strongest Pokemon is a Lv. 58 Malamar that can mega evolve into Mega Malamar. Camerupt is a great choice for this fight as it can deal super effective damage to Ampharos, Mawile, and Lucario with its Ground-type Moves. Meanwhile, you can send out Heracross against Lopunny and Malamar and deal super effective damage with its Fighting and Bug-type Moves respectively.
2	After the fight, Emma discusses some history regarding Lysandre and Team Flare and recommends asking Mable at the Pokemon Research Lab for clues regarding Grisham. Fast travel to the Pokemon Research Lab and speak with Mable for a cutscene who reveals that Grisham was a particularly strong trainer in Team Flare. You'll need to head to Nouveau Cafe to find Grisham. Before heading there, head to a Pokemon Center and heal your Pokemon and stock up on some Full Restores and Revives. When ready, speak with the man inside the food truck who reveals himself as Grisham and the boss of Team Flare Nouveau. After a short cutscene, Griselle will send you coordinates to a spot in the city where Grisham asks you to meet up. The meeting spot is slightly northeast of Magenta Plaza. Once there, a cutscene will play in front of the now abandoned Lysandre Cafe. Speak to Griselle after the cutscene to challenge her to a Pokemon battle.
3	Griselle's Pokemon: Lv. 59 Talonflame Lv. 59 Camerupt Lv. 60 Aerodactyl Lv. 60 Metagross Lv. 61 Pyroar Griselle has a team of 5 Pokemon and leads with a Lv. 59 Talonflame followed by a Lv. 59 Camerupt, and a Lv. 60 Aerodactyl. Finally, she also has a Lv. 60 Metagross and Lv. 61 Pyroar that mega evolves into Mega Pyroar. Four of Griselle's Pokemon are weak to Water-type Moves so bringing a Pokemon like Starmie will make this fight easy, while a backup Fire-type Pokemon like Charizard or Camerupt can handle Metagross.
4	Grisham and Griselle will heal your Pokemon after winning against her. Enter the abandoned Lysandre Cafe for a cutscene where Grisham discusses the history of Team Flare as well as the events of Pokemon X and Y. After the cutscene, head inside the hidden passage to enter Lysandre Labs. Mable will then call you and ask you to look for the Elevator Key.
5	Make your way to the eastern side of the map and interact with the console glowing red to turn on the power in the labs and allow you to use the nearby warp panels. Take the nearest Warp Panel to the proceed to the next area, then head north. Catch or defeat the Manectric in this room and grab the Lab Key Card A from the computer. Head back to the entrance and use the Key Card on the northwestern door to proceed to the next area.
6	Head to the southern part of the new area and interact with the console to turn on the power in the area and activate the nearby warp panels. Take the now active Warp Panel to teleport to a small room with another Warp Panel. Enter the other Warp Panel to proceed to the next area. Interact with the computer in this room to get the Lab Key Card B then return to the previous area where you activated the console. Use the Key Card on the door to proceed to the next area.
7	Follow the path north and interact with the console to power up this section of the lab and activate the nearby warp panels. Make your way to the nearby Warp Panel to telport to a small room with another Warp Panel. Enter the other Warp Panel to proceed to the next area. There's an Alpha Arbok accompanied by some Ekans in the nearby large room. Defeat or capture it to safely explore this section of the lab. Grab the Lab Key Card C from the computer in the northeastern part of the large room with the Alpha Arbok. Head to the northeastern side of this section of the lab and use the Key Card on the door, then head north. An Alpha Aegislash accompanied by two Honedge is in the northernmost room. You'll need to defeat or capture it to freely access the room. Camerupt can trivialize this fight as it can damage Aegislash and the two Honedge with Earthquake at the same time. Once the Alpha Aegislash is defeated, enter the room to the north and grab the Elevator Key from the computer.
8	Return to the lab entrance and use the Elevator Key on the Elevator, then go to B3F. Note: B2F only has an EXP Candy L and is otherwise a dead end. Enter the room to the north in B3F and read all four files. After reading all the files, Zygarde and L will appear in a short cutscene. After the cutscene, use the elevator to head back to B1F and return to Lysandre Cafe. Speak to Grisham for a cutscene where he requests you take AZ's Floette, and will ask you to return to Hotel Z and speak with the other members of Team MZ. Enter the hotel and speak to AZ for a cutscene and learn more about his past. He reveals that, in the past, he created a device and installed it in the Prism Tower, Ange, and is ultimately the source of the Rogue Mega Evolutions occurring throughout the city.
9	Once the cutscene ends, you need to earn a total of 45,000 Ticket Points to get a Challenge Ticket to fight Grisham in a Promotion Match. Once you have the Challenge Ticket, head back to Nouveau Cafe and speak to Grisham in his food truck to challenge him. Note: We recommend stocking up on Full Restores and Revives, as well as increasing your Pokemon's level to at least Lv. 65 before fighting Grisham. ►How to Level Up Fast
10	Grisham's Pokemon: Lv. 61 Pangoro Lv. 61 Malamar Lv. 61 Pyroar Lv. 62 Tyranitar Lv. 62 Salamence Lv. 63 Charizard Grisham has a full team of 6 Pokemon with well balanced typing and starts the fight with a Lv. 61 Pangoro followed by a Lv. 61 Malamar and Lv. 61 Pyroar. He'll then send out a Lv. 62 Tyranitar, a Lv. 62 Salamence, and finally a Lv. 63 Charizard that can mega evolve into Mega Charizard X. Grisham's team doesn't have one weakness, but certain Pokemon are good to have in the fight. A strong Fairy-type Pokemon such as Gardevoir can handle both Pangoro, Malamar and Salamence, while Camerupt can hit Pyroar, Tyranitar, and Mega Charizard X with super effective Ground-type Moves. ►How to Beat Grisham
11	Defeat all of Grisham's Pokemon and you'll rank up to A Rank. You'll also receive the TM for Flare Blitz as a reward, which also ends the mission after a short cutscene.

Mission 36 Walkthrough

	Prism Tower's Dark Turn Guide
1	Go meet up with your friends inside the hotel after the cutscene. You will all eventually go to the top of the building.
2	At the top of the tower, AZ will point to the tower which is currently glowing with Mega Power. He will mention that Ange might go rogue soon. Your next task is to go to Prism Tower to meet with your friends. NOTE: At this point of the story, you cannot fast travel to anywhere else aside from the tower, so make sure to do the side quests and activities that you want to do now.
3	Once you are ready, fast travel to Prism Tower. Eventually the conversation will shift to your rival offering to battle you to prove who is the strongest trainer. Rival's Pokemon: Lv.62 Meowstic Lv.63 Emboar/Meganium/Feraligatr Lv.62 Goodra Lv.62 Avalugg Lv.63 Manectric Lv.64 Mega Emboar/Meganium/Feraligatr The battle with your rival can be a difficult one if you don't have type-variety in your moves. Make sure that you have access to different type moves as exploiting your enemy's weakness will make things easier. Your Rival will also have the final evolution of the starter Pokemon you didn't choose with the one that is strong against your starter having its Mega Evolution. So consider switching out to a Pokemon that has an advantage against them.
4	Talk to Vinnie after the battle and watch the series of cutscenes. Your next task is to go down from the rooftops and check the situation. Your rival will eventually contact you about the situation until two Rogue Mega Pokemon, Mega Gengar and Mega Heracross, appear to battle you.
5	You will team up with Lida and Naveen to fight off the two Mega Pokemon. Make sure to exploit the weaknesses of the enemies to have an easier time.
6	After the fight, Lida will heal your Pokemon and watch the series of scenes after which will finish the quest.

Mission 37 Walkthrough

	Operation Protect Lumiose Guide
1	Go to where Ivor and Gwynn is, who marked by the objective in the map. They are facing against three Rogue Mega Pokemon.
2	These three Pokemon are Mega Garchomp, Mega Pidgeot, and Mega Kangaskhan. Help Ivor and Gwynn defeat them and be sure to exploit their weaknesses like using FIghting for Mega Kangaskhan and Ice-type moves for Mega Pidgeot and Mega Garchomp.
3	Watch the scenes with Gwynn and Ivor where the former will distract the new wild rogue Pokemon that appeared. Your next objective is to follow Ivor until you are blocked by an obstruction. Watch the scene and then go across the makeshift bridge that was made.
4	Go to where Canari is where you will be facing off against Mega Blastoise and Mega Steelix. Team up with Canari and use moves like Grass and Electric-type against Mega Blastoise, and Fire, Water, Fighting, and Ground-type against Mega Steelix to exploit their weaknesses.
5	After finishing the fight, you will need to get through the scaffolding maze. Head straight to the scaffolding path and then climb the yellow ladder to the left. Climb the paths with the up arrows and follow the bridges that goes to the top. Jump towards the platform with a Max Potion and then Roto-Glide towards the other side. Once on the other side, climb the yellow ladders and then follow the up arrows again, follow the path until you wind up into a big square hole. Jump through the hole to get to the exit.
6	Watch the cutscenes where Canari and the others will celebrate about you getting through the maze. Now go follow the objective to meet Lebanne who is facing off against Mega Salamence and Mega Aggron. Use Ice-type moves to deal massive damage to Mega Salamence then use Ground, Fire, or Fighting-type moves to deal massive damage against Mega Aggron.
7	Watch the scenes that will unfold where Jacinthe and Lebanne will buy you time by fighting the Mega Pokemon. Go to where Corbeau is by following the objective. Upon meeting Corbeau, you will face off against Mega Gardevoir and Mega Gallade which are both weak to Ghost-type moves. After the fight, follow Corbeau where he will meet up with the other syndicate members. In order for you to progress, they will form themselves a human ladder so you can climb up to the top of the building.
8	Once at the top of the building, go follow the objective marker until eventually running into Mega Metagross, Mega Alakazam, and Mega Aerodactyl. Luckily, Griselle and Grisham will offer their help to you. Exploit the weaknesses of the enemies to have an easier time taking them out.
9	After a series of cutscenes, follow Zygarde towards the final destination. Once you reach the destination, watch the series of cutscenes which will lead to fighting the final boss fight of the game: Hyperrogue Ange Floette.
10	Hyperrogue Ange Floette Hyperrogue Ange Floette has a massive HP and will take a while to fight. It has blue and red flowers that it uses to attack you. You will need to take them down to deal damage to Floette's main HP. Hide behind the debris to pretect yourself from some of its attacks. After taking down both of the flowers, you will eventually use Zygarde to deal massive damage against Floette. Use any of the attacks to deal damage. After Floette gets damaged, it will use Light of Ruin which is an AoE attack. Run towards Zygarde and its green circle to protect yourself. The rest of the fight will be a repeat of this process where you have to take down the flowers, use Zygarde to deal damage and protect yourself using Zygarde from Light of Ruin.
11	Once Floette reaches red HP, Zygarde will come again to finish the fight. Watch the rest of the cutscenes until the Pebble that you have reacts. Select it and grip it tightly to transform it into Zygardite.
12	Watch the rest of the cutscenes which will lead to the credits of the game.

Mission 38 Walkthrough

	The Future of Lumiose City Guide
1	Before you leave your room, you can get the Poke Ball on your table that contains AZ's Lucario. When you're ready, go down to the lobby to meet with the rest of the team.
2	Your rival will call you all over at the reception desk and read AZ's last will. As they finish reading, they will get a call from Vinnie about having your wishes fulfilled as a reward for reaching Rank A.
3	Fast travel to Wild Zone 20 after the cutscenes and talk to Vinnie and Jett in front of the Wild Zone entrance. As for what to wish for, none of the options will affect future events, so you can safely pick whichever you want. You do get unique responses if you picked the second or third option, but the dialogue will always loop back to the same three options until you pick the first one. ► Rank A Wish Choice Guide

Mission 39 (Part 1)

	The Infinite Z-A Royale Guide
1	Before you can progress the mission, you must first obtain a Challenger's Ticket that is worth 50,000 Points. After finally getting the ticket from Z-A Royale matches, head to Quasartico Inc. and speak with the staff to start your first Infinite Z-A Royale battle.
2	For your very first match, you will be up against Zach again! Too bad he didn't train after all this time, so his team will still be around Lv.9-10. Wrap up the fight and claim the King's Rock as a reward from the staff. You can obtain more rewards in the Infinite Z-A Royale by repeatedly racking up points and getting Challenger's Tickets to find opponents. The system will match you up with random (but familiar) trainers starting from your next attempt.
3	For now, head back to Hotel Z to see why Lida is in urgent need of you. Watch the cutscene involving a familiar face and two other Main Missions will pop up: The One That Gives and The One That Takes.

Mission 40 Walkthrough

	The One That Gives Guide
1	Fast travel to the Pokemon Research Lab and take the elevator up to Mable's office for a cutscene.
2	Mable will give you three "special research tasks" where you need to defeat or capture Alpha Pokemon that are likely related to "The One That Gives". The first one is an Alpha Steelix in Wild Zone 3. Upon arriving in front of the Wild Zone, you'll immediately spot the target at the very center. It's best to use Fighting or Water-type Pokemon here as it can use Ground-type Moves, which puts Fire Type Pokemon at a disadvantage.
3	Rest up at a Pokemon Center and head next to Wild Zone 5. Go to the west side of the zone to find a small grassy area with an Alpha Gallade standing in the middle. Take it down with a Fairy-type like Gardevoir for an easier battle.
4	Heal your injured Pokemon again at the Pokemon Center then head to Wild Zone 9 next. From the southeast entrance, go left past the battle court and smash the rocks blocking the path below the scaffolding. Right where the path splits into two, look on your left to find a tall ladder. Climb it to the top to find an Alpha Pangoro. You can still use Gardevoir here as Pangoro is weak to Fairy-type Moves. But, be careful as this Alpha Pangoro can use Poison Jab.
5	Return to Mable in the Pokemon Research Lab to have her analyze the data. With it, she'll actually be able to pinpoint the location where Xerneas might appear. Neat!
6	Fast travel to Wild Zone 11 and enter it through one of the northern gates. Investigate the marked spot by the stream and Xerneas will appear. Interact with it to start the fight. Xerneas is a pure Fairy-type and is weak to Poison and Steel Moves. Wear it down and capture it to complete the mission. If you fail to capture it, you can retry as many times as needed until it is caught.

Mission 41 Walkthrough

	The One That Takes Guide
1	To start the mission, fast travel to Nouveau Cafe and ask Grisham about "The One That Takes".
2	Fast travel to Quasartico Inc. and head inside as Grisham instructed to discuss about Yveltal.
3	To ensure that you're fit to go against Yveltal, Vinnie will put you to the test first with their Rogue Mega Evolution Simulator 3000. In this holo-tech, you will have rematches against the Rogue Mega Evolutions of Victreebel, Hawlucha, and Tyranitar. They have the same movesets as in their first encounters, but are enhanced to Lv.70. ► Rogue Mega Victreebel Strategy Guide ┗ Weakness: Fire, Flying, Ice, Psychic ► Rogue Mega Hawlucha Strategy Guide ┗ Weakness: Flying, Ice, Electric, Fairy, Psychic ► Rogue Mega Tyranitar Strategy Guide ┗ Weakness: Fighting, Water, Grass, Ground, Bug, Steel, Fairy
4	Right after you're done with the third Rogue Mega, you will receive a report that Yveltal has entered the borders of Lumiose City. Fast travel to Rouge Sector 2's Pokemon Center and go around the compound until you reach the scaffolding at the northeast corner. You need to get to the ladder at the center of the scaffolding to reach the rooftops. Once you get to the top, simply use your Roto-Glide to reach the top of the dome where Yveltal will appear.
5	Yveltal has a dual type of Flying and Dark, making Gardevoir one of the best Pokemon to use against it as it is resistant to most of Yveltal's attacks and can exploit its weakness with Fairy-type Moves. Wear it down and capture it to complete the mission. If you fail to capture it, you can retry as many times as needed until it is caught.

Mission 39 (Part 2)

	The Infinite Z-A Royale Guide
1	With both Legendaries taken care of, time to focus on the Infinite Z-A Royale! You need to win at total of 15 reward matches to progress this mission further. That means grinding the Battle Zones every night for a Challenger's Ticket 15 times.
2	While the first 14 reward matches are against random trainers, your 15th opponent will always be your rival. Your Rival's Pokemon: Lv.70 Meowstic Lv.71 Meganium / Feraligatr / Emboar Lv.70 Goodra Lv.71 Meganium / Feraligatr / Emboar Lv.71 Manectric Lv.72 Mega Eternal Flower Floette As always, your rival will have a diverse team of powerful Pokemon and will force you to assemble one of your own. Make sure your Pokemon also have wide type coverages by teaching them Moves with various types. Defeating your rival in this reward match will reward you with 15 Exp. Candy M and a random item.
3	Go back inside Quasartico Inc. after the match for a cutscene and a lore drop about your rival's past. This ends with your rival entrusting Eternal Flower Floette to you along with a Floettite Mega Stone!

Mission 42 Walkthrough

	To Keep the World in Balance Guide
1	Back at Hotel Z, another trainer will want to see your worth now that you have both beings that "gives" and "takes". When you're ready, talk to L to start the battle. L's Pokemon: Lv.78 Pyroar Lv.78 Florges Lv.78 Sableye Lv.79 Garbodor Lv.79 Noivern Lv.80 Mega Gyarados L's team also has a good mix in type coverage, so it's difficult to brute force your way through with only one or two Pokemon. However, there's a chance that you can pull it off with three Pokemon. A Garchomp with good Dragon and Ground-type Moves can take on Pyroar, Garbodor, and Noivern. An Ampharos that knows Flash Cannon can take on Florges and Gyarados. Lastly, you'll need a Pokemon like Gardevoir to magically knock out the Sableye.
2	After the fight, fast travel to Wild Zone 20 and look for Zygarde under the Prism Tower. As you might have already guessed, you'll fight all three Formes of Zygarde once you've accepted the challenge, so be really sure that you are prepared. Zygarde is weak to Ice, Dragon, and Fairy moves in all three Formes. Unsurprisingly, Gardevoir is still one of the best picks for this fight as it can spam Draining Kiss to keep itself healthy while dealing super effective damage.
3	As for the fight itself, you can send in Gardevoir and have it alternate between Draining Kiss and Moonblast for the most part. However, there are attacks where you must recall Gardevoir and dodge yourself like Land's Wrath (used by 50% and Complete Formes), and Core Enforcer in its Complete Forme. Core Enforcer will hit most of the arena, but there is always a small safe zone on both sides of the "Z" mark. Quickly run over to one of them before the ground explodes. Defeating Zygarde's Complete Forme will allow itself to be captured with any Poke Ball. Pick a Poke Ball you want Zygarde in and throw it to finish the battle! ► Zygarde Battle Strategy Guide
4	L will hand over the Zygarde Cube after capturing Zygarde. This item allows Zygarde to switch between its 10% and 50% Formes. Zygarde will automatically change into its Complete Forme whenever its HP drops below 50%. The final mission will be completed after the cutscene.
