There are seven wild Pokemon that spawn in Wild Zone 19. Cleffa and Clefairy are only available at night while Drampa is only available during the day.

Unlike previous areas, the Alpha spawn rate in Wild Zone 19 is not fixed. Among the two Alpha Pokemon confirmed to be found here, Clefairy has the higher spawn rate and only appears at night, while Furfrou has a lower chance to spawn and only appears during the day.
Alpha versions of regular Pokemon in the area will have a 5%-10% chance to spawn once your progress of the area reaches 100%.
How to Destroy Wild Zone 19 Obstructions
Use a Fire-Type Move to Destroy Brambles
Wild Zone 19 contains thorny brambles that blocks certain areas within the zone. Use a Fire-Type move or a cutting move such as Aerial Ace, Leaf Cutter, Slash, and Slice to remove them.

The Hurricane TM can be found on the northern part of Wild Zone 19, trapped between two thorny brambles. Use any Fire or Cutting Pokemon move to get rid of the thorns and obtain the TM.

How to Unlock Wild Zone 19
Complete Main Mission 30
Unlock Wild Zone 18 by completing Main Mission 30 and reaching Rank B by defeating Jacinthe. Afterwards, you'll find this Wild Zone at Jaune Sector 9, on the top-right part of the map.
