Moves Breakdown

Glare Used to Paralyze opponent's Pokemon which can be a detriment for Blizzard attackers like Glaceon.
Sludge Wave Main damager against the overwhelming presence of Fairy-types in the current meta.
Core Enforcer / Nihil Light AoE attack used to take down opponents in skirmishes. Turns into Nihil Light when Mega Evolved which will allow you to hit Fairy-types like Gardevoir and Xerneas.
Earth Power Only option for a STAB Special Ground-type move.

This set focuses on having Zygarde deal damage over a wide area to maximize the amount of Points you can get.

Other Viable Moves

Hyper Voice Can hit most Pokemon for Neutral, but requires Zygarde to get near opponents.
Dragon Pulse Lower wind-up than Core Enforcer, but not as good of Area of Effect.
Sludge Wave Can take Fairy-types and the new Mega Chesnaught for a surprise.

EV Spread and Nature

A full 252 EVs are put into Zygarde's Special Attack and HP to make it hit as hard as possible and survive to get to your Complete Forme. The extra 4 EVs are placed into Speed for quicker move cooldowns, but its negligible.

A Modest nature is preferred to help further increase Zygarde's Special Attack stat.

Thousand Arrows One of Zygarde's Signature moves that can hit Flying types like Gyarados, Skarmory, and Talonflame.
Stone Edge Another attack to take down the Flying-types.
Iron Head Used to hit Fairy-types like Gardevoir and Xerneas.
Outrage A fast STAB Physical Dragon-type move.The Confusion doesn't matter due to it making your Pokemon move sporadically rather than attacking itself.

This set focuses on having Zygarde deal damage over a wide area to maximize the amount of Points you can get.

Other Viable Moves

Dig Meant more for taking down Single-target enemies. Can also evade enemies attacks if timed right.
Thousand Waves Can replace Thousand Arrows and trap enemies so you can score points.
Outrage Faster Physical Dragon-type move compared to Outrage.
Zen Headbutt Not commonly ran due to Psychic not being much of a threat meta-wise, but can find some niche uses.

Look for Quick and Easy OHKOs

Zygarde has a glaring 4x Weakness to Ice, meaning that it will be very easy to knock out if opponent has the right counter.

Try to position Zygarde in spots where it can get quick untraded knockouts to maximize the value of its offensive potential.

Capitalize on 10% Zygarde's High Speed

10% Zygarde has a pretty high Speed stat, allowing it to move faster, and have faster cooldowns on their moves.

Always move around the arena and wait for an opportunity to punish opponents or steal kills, allowing you to score points with ease!
