To unlock Moves That Put Up a Wall, you will need to progress through the story until you reach Main Mission 14, Reaching Rank E. Once that's been done, a bunch of new Side Missions will be unlocked, including this one!

You can accept this quest from Muro, who's found in Jaune Sector 8 in a corner near the battle court. The closest fast travel point to this area is the Hibernal Pokemon Center, so teleport there if you aren't close by.

  2. Fight and Defeat Muro

Prepare a Pokemon with Brick Break

Brick Break
The gimmick for this fight is that Muro's Pokemon will use Reflect and Light Screen to heavily bolster their defenses. To counter this, you'll want to bring a Pokemon that knows Brick Break so that you can destroy their barriers and deal full damage with your attacks.

However, Muro uses a Kadabra and Vivillon that deal super effective damage to Fighting-types Because of this, it's recommended to use a Pokemon who isn't a Fighting-type and can also learn Brick Break, like Krokorok.

Whenever you're ready, talk to Muro and challenge him to a battle so that you can complete this quest. Make sure that you remove his team's Reflect and Light Screen with Brick Break so that your Pokemon deal full damage.
