Unlock Main Mission 35
To unlock Let Us Battle...Artistically, you will need to play until you have reached Main Mission 35. This will require you to return to Hotel Z after completing Main Missions 32, 33, and 34.

To start the Let Us Battle...Artistically side mission, head to Centrico Pokemon Center and go to the court to its left. Fina should be there, simply talk to her to start the quest.
Let Us Battle...Artistically Walkthrough
Bring Steel, Rock or Ghost-type Pokemon
Fina runs a gimmick where she just offs her Pokemon using Self-Destruct or Explosion and calls it artistic. Because of this, it’s best to form a team that resists Normal-type attacks, like Steel and Rock.
You can also throw in a Ghost type to completely ignore the damage from these Normal moves since they’re immune to it. Additionally, having a Ghost type will prevent her from using self-destructive moves!
If you can also one-shot her Pokemon, that would be great too, as it prevents you from taking heavy damage from her destructive moves. Having a team above level 60 should do the trick.

Excadrill and Aggron are Recommended
Excadrill and Aggron are the two recommended Pokemon for this fight. Excadrill can hit the Ground weakness of four out of six of Fina's Pokemon, while Aggron can handle Vanilluxe and Gourgeist later on.
Aggron will also only take neutral damage from Gourgeist's Power Whip and Mystical Fire, not-very-effective damage from Explosion, and is immune to Sludge Bomb.
Excadrill and Aggron can also Mega Evolve, so if you need more power, feel free to Mega Evolve them if you have their Mega Stones.

Once you have a full team of the recommended types, go ahead and challenge Fina. Keep in mind that her whole gimmick revolves around the use of Explosion and Self-Destruct, though she doesn’t use them every turn. Since these moves are Normal-type, anything that resists them will increase your survivability.
Fina will always start with Carbink, and you can use an Excadrill to target its 4x weakness to Steel with any damaging Steel move. Keep using Excadrill if she sends out Garbodor, Onix, and Haunter, as you can use its Ground moves to deal super effective damage against them.
You can switch to Aggron if she sends out Vanilluxe and Gourgeist, especially if she manages to wear out your Excadrill. Aggron can safely tank any of their moves, even if Vanilluxe uses Explosion.
Switch to Any Ghost-type on Self-Destruct or Explosion Attempts
A good strategy here is to keep switching to a Ghost-type Pokemon whenever Fina uses Self-Destruct or Explosion. Since Ghost types are naturally immune to Normal-type moves, you won’t take any damage. You can then switch back to any of the recommended Pokemon afterward.
The reason why you need to recall your Ghost types is to bait Fina into using Explosion or Self-Destruct. Otherwise, she'd just focus on dealing damage with her other moves!

If Fina's battling style inspired you, feel free to teach your Pokemon the Self-Destruct TM. Bottle Caps, on the other hand, can be used to Hyper Train your Pokemon.
