How to Unlock Floette Frolicking with Flowers
Defeat Canari During Main Mission 19
To unlock Floette Frolicking with Flowers, you will need to progress through the story until you reach the part of Main Mission 19 where you have to defeat Canari. Once she's been defeated, this Side Mission will be unlocked.
Complete The Many Flowers of Flabebe
Another requirement before this quest is unlocked is that you'll need to complete Vivace's previous Side Mission, The Many Flowers of Flabebe.
If this quest isn't unlocked right after, you may need to wait a few in-game days before it becomes available. You can pass the time quicker by waiting on benches or sleeping in your bed.

You can accept this quest from Vivace, who can be found outside the hair salon near the Bleu Pokemon Center. She's the same person who gave The Many Flowers of Flabebe mission, so this area should be familiar at this point.
Floette Frolicking with Flowers Walkthrough
Defeat the 5 Floettes
This quest is simple in that all you have to do is defeat all 5 Floettes during the same battle. As long as you're using a tanky Steel or Poison-type, like Aegislash or Garbodor, you should be able to tank their Fairy hits and knock them out with super effective STAB attacks.

Use a Poison-Type with Sludge Wave
Since you'll be facing multiple opponents at once, it's recommende to use an attack with a large AoE so that you can damage multiple foes in one move. This make Sludge Wave really good since it fulfills that requirement, and it hits the Floettes for super effective damage.

Similar to Vivace's last Side Mission, completing this quest unlocks new hair color options at the hair salon. The colors are more pale this time around, and they're unlocked at the same time, unlike her previous quest.
