The Dauntless Raichu Duo is a Side Mission that unlocks upon reaching Hyperspace Lumiose Survey No. 2 in the Hyperspace Missions. Speak to Corbeau in the Rust Syndicate Office to continue entering Hyperspace zones!

Make sure that you have also completed Side Mission 2 and Side Mission 108, as finishing these Side Missions will allow Tracie and Griddella to appear within the Unknown Hyperspace Zone in Passage du Palais.

Inside an Unknown Hyperspace Zone that appears inside Passage du Palais.

After unlocking Hyperspace Lumiose Survey No. 2, an Unknown Hyperspace Zone will appear on the map, located within the Passage du Palais shopping district. Enter the pocket dimension then speak with Griddella and Tracie inside to start the Side Mission!

Battle Mega Raichu X and Y

Level 115

After agreeing to a Pokemon battle, Gridelle and Tracie's Raichu will Mega evolve into Level 115 Mega Raichu X and Mega Raichu Y. Make sure that your team has reached the maximum level of 100, and consume the appropriate Donut that can boost your Pokemon by at least 9 levels within the Hyperspace.

Since both Mega Raichus will battle you at the same time, using any Ground-type Pokemon is an effective way to counter them. Defeating either one is enough to complete the Side Mission and claim your rewards!
