Pokemon Legends: Z-A encourages trainers to catch as many Pokemon as they can which means that players need enough box storage. Learn about how to unlock more boxes in the game to store all your caught Pokemon.

How to Unlock More Boxes for Pokemon
Place One Pokemon in Each Box
| Walkthrough | |
|---|---|
| 1 |  Go to Boxes under the X Menu. |
| 2 |  Move at least one Pokemon to each available box. |
| 3 |  Exit Boxes back to the X Menu. |
| 4 |  Go back to the Boxes menu and press + to view all boxes. The number of Boxes should have increased. |
| 5 |  Repeat steps 1 - 3 until you have a total of 32 boxes. |
What is the Maximum Number of Boxes?
Maximum of 32 Boxes with 30 Pokemon in Each
Players can increase their box number to 32 boxes. Each box holds a total of 30 Pokemon and so the maximum number of Box Pokemon trainers can have is 960.
