The Many Flowers of Flabebe is a Side Mission in Pokemon Legends: Z-A requiring you to get all Flabebe colors. Read on for a list of Flabebe color locations, including where to find Blue Flabebe, Orange Flabebe, Yellow Flabebe, White Flabebe, and Red Flabebe, and the quest rewards!

All Flabebe Color Locations
There are 5 different colors of Flabebe that you can find in Lumiose City: blue, orange, yellow, white, and red. They can usually be found near flowers of their respective colors in foliage along the streets or on rooftops. Each Flabebe color can be found in the following locations:
- Find All Flabebe Colors at the Justice Dojo Rooftop
- Find Blue Flabebe at the Magenta Plaza Rooftop
- Find Orange Flabebe Along Bleu Street
- Find Yellow Flabebe in the Jaune District
- Find White Flabebe in Vert Sector 3
- Find Red Flabebe in Wild Zone 3
Find All Flabebe Colors at the Justice Dojo Rooftop

There is a spot where you can find multiple Flabebe colors hanging around a fountain. This is located on the rooftop of the Justice Dojo in Jaune Sector 6. However, this area cannot be accessed easily until you unlock the Holovator here in the We'll Just Muscle Our Way Through side mission available in Main Mission 19.
Reach the Rooftop Earlier With Roto-Glide

You may also reach this rooftop by climbing a ladder on one of the buildings in Jaune Sector 2. You will have to navigate the rooftops and Roto-Glide to reach the Flabebe, which is a feature unlocked in Main Mission 15.
Find Blue Flabebe at the Magenta Plaza Rooftop

Blue Flabebe can be found on a roof at Magenta Plaza and the roof near Academie Etoile. The one on the Magenta Plaza roof is highly recommended, since it's easy to access.
To get to the Magenta Plaza roof, use the Holovator in this area. Blue Flabebe should be hanging around by the bench right in front of you upon reaching the top.
The location near Academie Etoile can be reached by using the Holovator behind Academie Etoile, near the Cafe Kizuna fast travel point. Cross the beams on the rooftops until you reach the roof of the rectangular building next to Academie Etoile where Blue Flabebe is.
Find Orange Flabebe Along Bleu Street

An Orange Flabebe can be found near the requester, Vivace. Head onto Bleu Street, and you can find Orange Flabebe by the grass and bushes near Bleu Sector 8.
If you're also in need of a Yellow Flabebe, you can get both an Orange and Yellow Flabebe on the roof near Wild Zone 6 at Jaune Sector 9. Take the Holovator along Jaune Street, and go through the rooftops until you find a lowered platform with both Orange and Yellow Flabebe.

Other than the one on the roof near Wild Zone 6, you can also find a Yellow Flabebe next to where a Red one spawns above the Saison Canal south from Wild Zone 6. This is near the Restaurant Le Nah fast travel point.
The Jaune District appears to have several spawns of Yellow Flabebe, so taking a stroll around this area may allow you to find even more.
Find White Flabebe in Vert Sector 3
White Flabebe can be found around Vert Sector 3 inside the courtyard. Multiple spawn at this location so you don't have to worry if you failed to catch one initially.
Note that White Flower Floettes can also be here, but make sure you catch a White Flower Flabebe, not a Floette to complete this mission.
Find Red Flabebe in Wild Zone 3
Red Flabebe is the most common color that you can find. They are available throughout Lumiose City, including Wild Zone 3. It's best to go here to catch the Red Flower version, and go elsewhere to get the other 4 colors.

Aside from a standard monetary reward of 1,500 Poke Dollars, you will also receive a Rare Candy for your efforts, which can be used to automatically level up a Pokemon.

Whenever you present a certain Flabebe color to Vivace, you will unlock the respective hair color for your character. Once you've show all 5 Flabebe colors, you will also the Aqua, Purple, and Passion Pink hair colors!
How to Unlock The Many Flowers of Flabebe
Progress to Main Mission 07
To unlock the Many Flowers of Flabebe, you will first need to progress the story until you reach Main Mission 07, Reaching Rank W. Once you've defeated Naveen and are free to roam Lumiose City, a whole bunch of Side Missions will be unlocked, including this one!

The Many Flowers of Flabebe can be accepted from Vivace, who's found in the southwestern area of Lumiose City at the Bleu District. She's just outside of the salon, which is across from one of the city's Pokemon Centers.
