How to Unlock The World's Greatest Pikachu!
Unlock Main Mission 38
To unlock The World's Greatest Pikachu!, you will have to play through the story until you reach Main Mission 38. This will be made available after the credits roll upon completing the main story.

Pikami is located in the battle court in Rouge Sector 1. You can fast travel to the Centrico Pokemon Center which is just across from the battle court.

- Have Only One Pikachu in Your Party
- Teach Dig to Your Pikachu
- Let Enemy Pikachu Dig First Before Using Dig
Have Only One Pikachu in Your Party
The World's Greatest Pikachu! will have you battle Pikami who wants to face you with his Pikachu, but he wants you to only have a Pikachu in your party to fight his.
If you don't have a Pikachu yet, you can catch an Alpha Pikachu at level 40 in Wild Zone 6 during the night. Climb up the ladder to find Alpha Pikachu on the roof of Cafe Bataille.
Pikami's Pikachu is at level 66, so you may want to level up your Pikachu to around the same level.

Teach Dig to Your Pikachu
Pikami's Pikachu will use Dig which is a super-effective move against Electric-types.
Have your own Pikachu learn Dig by using TM 028 which you can obtain by speaking with the man located near Hotel Richissime at the northeast of Rouge Sector 8.
Let Enemy Pikachu Dig First Before Using Dig
Your enemy will always use Dig and when they do this, use Dig immediately afterwards so you can avoid being hit by their Dig.

Aside from getting 700 Pokemon Dollars, you will also get 3 Exp Candy L that give massive Exp to your Pokemon and a Light Ball which increases Pikachu's Attack and Special Attack stats when held.
