To unlock Guidance from a Yoga Master, you will need to progress through the story until you can enter the Canari Quiz Whiz Contest. This will unlock after progressing to Main Mission 14 and beating Naveen.

Guidance from a Yoga Master is a side mission from Paix, who can be found in Jaune Sector 1. Paix can be found by a street light on top of a flight of stairs.

Paix says that the Yoga Master's location is at the spot closest to heaven in the one circle among five that points to 12:00. This means that the Yoga Master is found on high elevation in a circular area to the north of Lumiose City.
The Yoga Master is found on the roof of the building in Wild Zone 3. This building is located in the west area of the Wild Zone. To climb to the roof, you will need to enter the door in the building.
Once you are at the top, talk to the Yoga Master to complete the quest.
