At Restaurant Le Nah, the opponents are only around Level 30, and using Dragonite's Extreme Speed can quickly one-shot their Pokemon and complete the course.
You can also catch an Alpha Dragonite in Wild Zone 20 to use for these battles.

In case you don't have a Dragonite, you can also use the Pokemon in your current party. However, you will go through the battles slower compared to using a Dragonite with Extreme Speed.
Best Team for Story Progression

If you want to complete 1000 battles while earning money and leveling up your Pokemon, then you can battle at Restaurant Le Wow instead.
To participate, you must pay 100,000. However, you win 40,000 along with 10 Pearl Strings, which sell for 10,000 each, if you complete the course. You also receive 10 Exp. Candy L for winning, which will help your Pokemon level up faster.

Alternatively, you can complete battles in Battle Zones where you can battle different trainers quickly. During the post-game, you can also earn Ticket Points for Reward Battles, where you can win Master Balls or Gold Bottle Caps, among other prizes.
