There are thirteen Pokemon species in Wild Zone 13. Weepinbell and Vivillon only spawn during the day while Scyther and Phantump spawn at night.

Two Alpha Pokemon have fixed spawns in Wild Zone 13, each appearing at a different time of day. Upon progressing the zone to 100% completion, there will be a 5%-10% chance for a regular Pokemon in the area to spawn in as an Alpha version of itself.
How to Destroy Wild Zone 13 Obstructions
Use Fire-Type Pokemon Moves
Destroy brambles in the area with the help of your Pokemon that has either Fire-type or Cutting moves like Aerial Ace. Doing so may reveal hidden items and even the area's TM!

The X-Scissor TM can be found on the grassy field where an Alpha Weepinbell is located, hidden inside a thorny bramble. Destroy the brambles first in order to obtain the TM.

How to Unlock Wild Zone 13
Complete Main Mission 14
Unlock Wild Zone 13 by completing Main Mission 14, after reaching Rank E by defeating Canari. Afterwards, you'll find this Wild Zone in North Boulevard within the Rogue District.
