How to Unlock Slowpoke for Slowpoke
Complete the Canari Quiz Whiz Contest
To unlock this Side Mission, you will need to progress through the story until you win the Canari Quiz Whiz Contest. This will unlock after progressing to Main Mission 14 and beating Naveen.

Slowpoke for Slowpoke is a side mission from Quille, who can be found in South Boulevard. Quille can be found across the street from Wild Zone 10.
Slowpoke for Slowpoke Walkthrough
Catch a Slowpoke
You will need to catch a Slowpoke from Wild Zone 10 or Wild Zone 11. They can appear at both morning and night.
If you already have a Slowpoke, you can skip this step and trade it to Quille. Otherwise, consider catching another one instead. It can be any Slowpoke, regardless of level or gender.
Slowpoke Location, Evolution, and Stats
Trade the Slowpoke With Quille
Head back to South Boulevard and talk to Quille to start the trade. Choose any Slowpoke you have in your box or party, and he’ll give you a Galarian Slowpoke in exchange, completing the side mission.

Quille will reward you with a Pearl, Power Belt as well as 1000 Pokemon Dollars upon completing this mission.
The Power Belt allows you to gain Defense EVs more easily.
Galarian Slowpoke
Another reward you can get from this mission is Galarian Slowpoke. If you want a Galarian Pokemon, you may want to clear this Side Mission as this is currently the only way to obtain this Pokemon without using Pokemon HOME.
You can evolve Galarian Slowpoke after obtaining its evolutionary items in Side Mission 75: Some Unusual Pokemon.
