The Best spot to hunt Shiny Alpha Pokemon is at Wild Zone 20.
Wild Zone 20 has a default of 2 Alpha Spawns under the Tower, but can be increased to 6 spawns, making it the best place to hunt for Shiny Alpha Pokemon.
Wild Zone 20 Pokemon and Alpha Spawns
| ① | ![]() Heal your Pokemon at the Centrico Pokemon Center. This will serve as your respawn point later on. |
|---|---|
| ② | ![]() Enter Wild Zone 20, and knock out the nearby Pokemon. |
| ③ | Draw the attention of both Alpha Pokemon, and lure them as close to the bridge as possible. Do this by running towards the Wild Zone gate once you have their attention. |
| ④ | ![]() Immediately Save your game after reaching the exit. Close your game after saving, then relaunch the game. |
| ⑤ | Head back into the Wild Zone again, and lure both Alphas as close to the gate as possible. Once lured, save your game outside the wild zone and relaunch the game. |
| ⑥ | Run roughly 60 Meters away from the Wild Zone. From the Wild Zone Gate, you can run towards the Trainer with a Roserade to mark the 60 meter distance. Save your game once you reach the spot. |
| ⑦ | ![]() Relaunch the game, and walk back towards Wild Zone 20. If done correctly, both Alpha Pokemon will still be in front of the gate. |
| ⑧ | Repeat Steps 3 to 5, while getting the attention of the first two Alpha Pokemon as well. If you run too far away from the first two Alphas, they will despawn. |
| ⑨ | ![]() Repeat Steps 6 to 7, making sure that the Four Alpha Pokemon are as close to the gate as possible. |
| ⑩ | ![]() Repeat Steps 3 to 5 again, while getting the attention of the first four Alpha Pokemon as well. If you run too far away from the first four Alphas, they will despawn. |
| ⑪ | ![]() After getting all 6 Alpha Pokemon as close to the gate and saving and relaunching your game, head inside and get knocked out by the Alpha Pokemon. |
| ⑫ | ![]() After respawning at the nearby Pokemon Center, All 6 Alpha Pokemon will now spawn under the Tower. Shiny Hunt the 6 Alpha Spawns by rerolling encounters! |
| ① | ![]() Head to a Wild Zone with a Static Alpha Spawn surrounded by Normal variants of the same species. |
|---|---|
| ② | Reroll encounters until one of the Pokemon are Shiny. |
| ③ | Keep Rerolling Encounters until the Shiny from the normal variant gets rolled onto the Static Alpha instead. |
| ④ | Once the Shiny Alpha is rolled, save your game and attempt to catch it. If you are unable to catch it, reload your save to make another attempt. |

This method only works for Static Alphas surrounded by normal variants of the same species.
You can only pass the Shiny status of a Pokemon to its Static Alpha, and you cannot reroll a normal shiny to spawn as an Alpha instead.
List of All Static Alpha Pokemon in Wild Zones

Due to Wild Zone 20's unique property of spawning 2 different static Alphas, this is the only place where the 6 Alpha Spawns will work.
Other Shiny Hunting methods must be applied when hunting Alphas from other locations.
While not as efficient as the methods above, you can try your luck at rolling a Shiny Alpha after obtaining the Crown for the Wild Zone.
Keep in mind that there is a very small chance for a Pokemon to randomly spawn as both Shiny and Alpha, but having the possibility of rolling one is better while you roll other encounters.

Once you see a Shiny Charmander, they will not despawn if you don't interact with them. However, some Pokemon may get nervous and flee, which does despawn them, so you should save your game before you attempt to catch the Shiny
