The best spot to hunt Shiny Ralts is to the North of the Magenta Sector 7 Rooftop at Magenta District.

To get there, use the Holovator near the Magenta Sector 4. From there, Rotom Glide to the rooftop to the north of Magenta Sector 7. Beyond the benches, Ralts spawns within the grassy patch below.

How to Shiny Hunt

Get to the Bench area on the roof to the north of Magenta Sector 7. Use the Holovator near Magenta Sector 4 to get to the rooftops then Rotom Glide towards the area.

Ralts Spawn
Use the nearby Bench to switch between day and night until Shiny Ralts spawns below.

How to Manually Save
Once Shiny Ralts spawns, save your progress before you attempt to catch it.
④ Catch Shiny Ralts. Beware that Ralts will run away once it spots the player. If you lose Ralts, reload your save.

Ralts will run away if it spots the player. If Shiny Ralts spawns, make sure to save the game before you approach.

This way, should Ralts escape, you can always reset the game and try again until it is successfully caught.
