Rest on Nearby Bench at Wild Zone 2
Use the Bench outside the Wild Zone to change the time until a Shiny Budew spawns.

Save your progress before attempting to catch the Shiny Budew.
④ Catch the Shiny Budew. Keep in mind that Budew will run away if it spots the trainer. If the Shiny Budew escapes, you can reload your save to make another attempt.

Check Budew's location. If there are no Shiny Budews, open your map then Fast Travel to Wild Zone 2 again. Repeat this step until Shiny Budew spawns.
