Have an Ekans in Your Party
To complete this quest, you will simply need to have an Ekans in your party and present it to Ismene. Once you've done that, the sidequest will be cleared, and you can claim your rewards.

The best place to find and catch an Ekans is in Wild Zone 4. They're guaranteed to spawn in this area, regardless of whether it's night or day, so you can go here if you need to catch one to complete the requirements for this quest.

Pecha Berries heal the Poison status condition, while Cheri Berries heal Paralysis. Both of these status conditions can be inflicted by Ekans and its evolution Arbok.
