During this mission, you will face 5 trainers, who have a diverse range of Pokemon. Specifically, you'll be fighting against Flying, Rock, Grass, Ice, and Psychic-type teams, who are all at Level 45.
It's recommended that you prepare a team that can resist those Pokemon types and hit them back for super effective damage in return. Also, your Pokemon will ideally want to be at least around the Level 46-50 range so that their stats lines aren't below your opponents'.
Best Pokemon Tier List for the Story
As a note, you cannot use items during these fights and your team won't be healed in between battles. Because of this, it's recommended that your Pokemon bring moves that can heal, especially Wish since it can be used to heal anyone on your team.
Wish Effect and Pokemon That Learn It
Pidgeot
Talonflame
Altaria
The first fight in this gauntlet will have you face Talia and her Flying-type Pokemon. It's recommended to use a Rock-type for this fight since Electric is neutral on Altaria and Ice is weak to Talonflame.
Onix
Barbaracle
Aggron
For the second fight, you'll be pitted against Georges and Rock-type Pokemon. It's best to use a Fighting-type for this fight since Ground is weak to Barbaracle and Steel is weak to Onix.

Victreebel
Abomasnow
Afterwards, for the third fight, you'll be against Michelle and her Grass-type Pokemon. You'll want to use a Fire-type for this once since her team's secondary typings either resist or counter Grass' other weaknesses.
However, her team can somewhat deal with Fire-types since the Abomasnow knows Water Pulse. Thankfully, it's still 4x weak to Fire, so it should still get OHKO'd by a STAB Fire attack.
Delibird
Glalie
Avalugg
The fourth fight will put you against Adeline and her Ice-Type Pokemon. Bring a Steel-type for this fight, in case your Fire or Rock-type is low on HP, and it's recommended you use a Special Attacker, like Aegislash or Lucario, since Avalugg has a massive Defense stat.
As a note, this team has a ton of coverage moves, like Water Pulse, Stone Edge, and Earthquake, so make sure you KO them quickly.

Alakazam
Slowbro
Gallade
Finally, the last fight of the gauntlet will have you against Yannick and his Psychic-Types. Even if Gallade is part Fighting, it's recommended to use a Dark-type that's immune to Psychic since the Gallade doesn't have a Fighting-type move.
Also, Alakazam can use Reflect during this fight, so it's also a good idea to bring a Pokemon with Brick Break in case your team leans heavily into Physical rather than Special.

After completing this quest, you can revisit Restaurant Le Yeah for a rematch as many times as you want. However, it will cost you ₽15,000 to do this.
The rewards for rematch battles are 30 Tiny Mushrooms and 4 Exp. Candy M. 30 Tiny Mushrooms sell for ₽7,500, which doesn't cover the cost for a rematch. However, you do get prize money after defeating each trainer, so you can still earn a small profit.
Restaurant battles also count towards the Winning Pokemon Battles Mable Research request, so this is a good way to reach the final 1000 Battles goal.
