Battle Your Rival in Main Mission 10

Rival Battle
To unlock Burn, Litleo, Burn, you will need progress through the story until you reach the part in Main Mission 10 where you have to battle your rival. Once they've been defeated, this Side Mission will be unlocked.

Accept Mission From Armie

Outside Restaurant Le Yeah along Autumnal Avenue

You can accept this quest from Armie, who's located just outside of Restaurant Le Yeah. If you unlocked Quasartico Inc. as a fast travel point, you can teleport there and walk across the street to get to the restaurant.

Beat Him With Water and Ground-Types

Even though it sounds like you'll only be fighting a Litleo, you'll also be facing a Numel and Houndoom this fight. This shouldn't change the game plan too much since you'll still want to use Water or Ground-types, like Gyarados or Diggersby, to defeat Armie anyways.

As a note, you can still use Rock-type Pokemon for this fight, but make sure you're careful around the Numel and its Ground-type attacks.
