It is recommended to use Gallade with maxed Attack and Speed stats to train Pokemon EVs. Have Gallade learn Earthquake, Night Slash, Fire Punch, and Ice Punch to cover all the weaknesses in the EV training spots. Ensure that Gallade is fully EV trained to avoid getting random EVs while training other Pokemon.
Alternatively, players may also use Tyranitar with the same setup, albeit with Crunch instead of Night Slash, for players who do not have the Earthquake TM from Mable's Research yet. Note that Tyranitar is slower than Gallade, which can result in a slower clear time.
Gallade Location, Evolution, and Stats
AoE Moves, such as Earthquake, may defeat other Pokemon in their range and gain unwanted EVs in the process. Exercise caution when using these Moves to avoid spending extra money for EV-reducing Berries.
