How to Get Mega Stones in Mega Dimension DLC
Defeat Boss in Rogue Mega Evolution Battles
As you progress through Mega Dimension's DLC, you will be battling Rogue Mega Pokemon in boss battles much like in the base game. These will occur during the DLC's story or appear as optional Hyperspace portals on the map.
Once you defeat the boss, you'll have the chance to capture it and get its Mega Stone.

Claim Mega Stones as Rewards from Side Missions
The Mega Dimension DLC will also give you optional Side Missions which feature new Mega Evolutions. Once you complete these Side Missions, you'll obtain the Mega Stones of the Pokemon in the quest.
