If you do not yet have a Foongus before starting this request, you can catch one by entering a Rank 2 Hyperspace Wild Zone that houses Grass-type Pokemon. If there are none on your map, you may reroll them by passing time on a bench until a the correct Hyperspace Wild Zone housing a Foongus appears.
