Burn enemies with Will-O-Wisp forcing enemies to tank it or switch out.

This build focuses on providing AoE crowd control and damage using Psychic and Heat Wave from afar. Use Protect to mitigate damage from Earthquake or Stone Edge.

How to Get Delphoxite Mega Stone

Moves Breakdown

Psychic	Your main attacking move and will home onto enemies when cast.
Dazzling Gleam	Used mostly if a Pokemon like Garchomp gets too close. Mostly used as a panic button.
Heat Wave	Used to KO pesky Ice and Steel-types like Metagross, Skarmory, and Glaceon. You can also deal damage in a pretty wide area to score points.
Will-O-Wisp	Can debilitate Physical attackers forcing them to take the damage or waste their switches.

This set focuses on having Delphox deal as much damage as possible for points and cover its mittling Defense stat with moves like Will-O-Wisp.

Other Viable Moves

Psyshock	Can replace Psychic, but only if you know you're facing off against Special Walls like Clefable or Sylveon.
Mystical Fire	Can be useful if you're faced off against Special Attackers like Glaceon or Froslass.
Shadow Ball	A good alternative to Heat Wave for the occasional Ghost-types.
Protect	Requires good timing, but can easily turn the tides if you do it perfectly.
Nasty Plot	Can be slot in to boost your damage, but higher level play is too fast for setting up.
Solar Beam	Great counter against Water types like Gyarados and Greninja. But not that good unless you're Mega Evolved or use up a Plus Move

EV Spread and Nature

A full 252 EVs are put into Delphox's Special Attack and HP to make it hit as hard as possible and take a few hits. The extra 4 EVs are placed into Speed for quicker move cooldowns, but its negligible.

A Modest nature is preferred to help further increase Delphox's Special Attack stat.
