You can accept Full Course of Battles: One Star from Rintaro, who can be found inside Restaurant Le Nah in Vert Sector 6. Just make sure that you're ready before selecting "I'll try it," since the battles will start immediately after you accept the request.

During this mission, you will be placed in a gauntlet of battles against Grass, Water, and Fire-type trainers with Level 30 Pokemon. Before you start the fights, make sure that you prepare a team that has offensive and defensive coverage for those types.
It's recommended to also have a Dragon-type that you can use as a defensive pivot. They resist all three of the types mentioned, so you can swap them in to tank hits for your other Pokemon in an emergency.
Legends Z-A Pokedex: List of All Pokemon
Even though you would typically want to use Grass against Water, it's best to avoid bringing one for these fights since the Water trainer has a Carvanha that knows Ice Fang. It's safer to bring an Electric-type instead so that you minimize the risk of getting oneshot.
List of All Electric Type Pokemon
Pansage
|
Skiddo
|
The first battle in this gauntlet will have you face Audrey and her Grass-types, Pansage and Skiddo. This makes Fire/Flying types, like Talonflame, amazing for this fight since both of their STABs are super effective against grass, and they only take 1/4 damage in return.
Panpour
|
Carvanha
|
After Audrey, you will be facing Thomas and his Water-types, Panpour and Carvanha. It's recommended to use an Electric-type even if they're not resistant to Water, so that you won't have to worry about Grass-types dealing with Carvanha's Ice Fang.
Also, if you're using a Dragon-type lead, make sure to swap them out before Carvanha is summoned so that they don't get hit by a super-effective Ice attack.
Pansear
|
Litleo
|
Lastly, the gauntlet will end with you facing Thierry and his Fire-types, Pansear and Litleo. Unlike the previous fight, you won't have to worry about any non-Normal or Dark coverage moves, so you're free to use any Ground, Rock, or Water-type Pokemon for this fight.
Once they've been defeated, the quest will be completed, and you'll be back at the front desk to receive this mission's rewards.

Aside from the monetary reward of 300 Poke Dollars, you will also receive 2 Protein and Iron, which can be used to increase a Pokemon's Attack and Defense EVs, respectively.
However, the most notable reward from this mission is the TM for Substitute. This is a very useful move that allows your Pokemon to safely sit behind a dummy, at the cost of some HP, allowing them to buff themselves or debuff their target without being at risk of getting attacked.

| Rewards | ・ Tiny Mushroom x5 ・ Exp. Candy S x3 |
After completing this quest, you can revisit Restaurant Le Nah for a rematch as many times as you want. However, it will cost you ₽3,000 to do this.
The rewards for rematch battles are 5 Tiny Mushrooms and 3 Exp. Candy S. 5 Tiny Muschrooms sell for only ₽1,250, which doesn't cover the cost for rematch. However, you do get prize money after defeating each trainer, so you can still earn a profit.
Restaurant battles also count towards the Winning Pokemon Battles Mable Research request, so this is a good way to reach the final 1000 Battles goal.
